Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. A switch mounting structure in which a switch having a plate-shaped mounting piece projecting laterally from the switch body is attached to a device cover, wherein the mounting piece of the switch has a U-shaped cross section. A switch mounting structure characterized in that the bracket is sandwiched within the bracket and the mounting piece is sandwiched between the bracket and the device main body side portion and the device cover side portion. 2. The switch mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the device main body side portion is a front end portion of a chassis base of the device, and the device cover side portion is a boss provided integrally with the device cover. 3. The switch mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the bracket is provided with a positioning hole, and the boss is integrally provided with a positioning pin that is inserted into the positioning hole. 4. The switch mounting structure according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a positioning protrusion is formed on the inner surface of the U-shaped cross section of the bracket to fit into a hole formed in the mounting piece. 5 A switch mounting structure in which a power switch having a plate-shaped mounting piece projecting laterally from the switch body is attached to the front bezel of a CRT display, the mounting piece of the power switch being sandwiched within a bracket having a U-shaped cross section. The switch mounting structure is characterized in that the bracket with the mounting piece inserted therein is held between the front end of the chassis base of the CRT display and a boss formed integrally with the front bezel.
