- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内部に冷却部を有する載置台上にターゲツトを
配置し、このターゲツトを載置台の冷却部で冷却
しながらスパツタリングを行なうスパツタリング
装置におけるターゲツト冷却構造において、 前記載置台の冷却部を密閉型に構成するととも
に、この載置台上に熱伝導性の良い部材を介在さ
せて前記ターゲツトを配置することを特徴とする
スパツタリング装置におけるターゲツト冷却構造
