Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金型内に画成される製品用キヤビテイに溶
湯を充填して鋳造品を得る金型であつて、前記キ
ヤビテイを画成する成形面を有するキヤビテイ型
と、このキヤビテイ型の背面を実質的に蔽うよう
に密着させて設けられる冷却ブロツクとを備え、
冷却ブロツクの材質に熱伝導率の高い銅合金系金
属材料を用いると共に、前記冷却ブロツクに給排
系を介して導入・導出される冷却媒体が通流する
通路を画成したことを特徴とする鋳造用金型。 (2) 請求項１記載の金型において、キヤビテイ
型は炭素工具鋼系の金属材料を用いて構成される
ことを特徴とする鋳造用金型。
