動可能であつて、かつブランクホルダよりも先に
ブランク材に当接するインサートブランクホルダ
を設け、インサートブランクホルダとブランクホ
ルダとの間もしくはインサートブランクホルダと
ポンチとの間には前記インサートブランクホルダ
にブランク押圧力を与える弾性手段を介装したこ
