A nonwoven fabric or paper made of fibers such as rayon, acetate, nylon, polyester, vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride, polyolefin, etc. is applied to a film of resin, acrylic resin, nitrile resin, cellulose resin, etc. with adhesive or hot melt resin. Examples include those laminated using a normal bonding method.

After drying the anti-slip layer, the degree of decrease in anti-slip properties was determined. The sheet of Example 1 showed almost no decrease in anti-slip properties, while the sheet of Example 2 showed a slight decrease in anti-slip properties. However, in the case of the comparative example, there was a significant decrease in anti-slip properties.
