フランジ部17側から挿入され、前記ナツト18
に螺着される締付ボルト16とからなり、該締付
ボルト16の締付力によつて誘引変形された弾性
変形部15aと前記フランジ部17との間に前記
支持板12を挟圧する如く構成された保持具14
を介設している。

分がボルト締付力によつて誘引変形されて、第1
図及び第2図図示の如く弾性変形部15aが形成
される。この状態においては、弾性変形部15a
とフランジ部17との間に支持板12が挟圧され
ることとなり、摩擦力により回動位置の位置決め
がなされる。従つて、羽根11は、任意の風向角
度にスムーズ且つリニヤーに調整され得ることと
なるのである。

およびフランジ部17との摩擦係合力によつて任
意の回動位置に位置決めされることとなり、羽根
11による風向調整をスムーズ且つリニヤーに行
なうことができるという実用的な効果がある。
