A pair of rails 17.17 each having a rack 18 attached thereto is disposed, and a roller 94.17 moving within the rails 17 is disposed between the two rails 17.17. and a pinion 93 that engages with the rack 18 at both ends.
This pine surge mechanism 5 that moves up and down along the axis 7 includes a rotationally driven main shaft 20 and a pair of ring-shaped treatment elements 2, 2 attached to the main shaft 20, and is eccentric to the main shaft 20. As is clear from FIG. 15, both treatment elements 2.2 attached in an inclined state change the amount H of protrusion toward the front side of the backrest 12 as the main shaft 2 rotates.

For this reason, conventionally, when the pine surge is completed, the treatment element 2.2 is brought into the state shown in FIG. However, when increasing the amount of protrusion toward the front of the backrest 12 in order to obtain a good pine surge, this alone is not sufficient, and the treatment element 2 may still hit the back. However, members other than the treatment element 2 in the pine surge mechanism 5 may come into contact with the back, making it difficult to use the chair as a comfortable chair. As shown in FIG. 16 and below, an air bag 9 consisting of a large number of air chambers is arranged on the front surface of the backrest 12, the seat surface, etc., and each air chamber of the air bag 9 is connected to an air conditioning unit 90. There has also been proposed a system in which the substantial front position of the backrest 12 and the position of the seat can be changed by inflating each air chamber individually using the knob group 91. By controlling
By changing the angles α and β of the front surface of the backrest 12, the height of the seat surface, and the angles α′ and β′, even people of different physiques can obtain an appropriate pine surge, and the strength of the pine surge can be adjusted. Although it is effective in this respect, it is impossible to achieve a state in which the pine surge mechanism does not come into contact with the body at all. The present invention has been made in view of these points, and its purpose is to provide a pine surgery chair that can be used as a comfortable chair when treatment by the pine surgery mechanism is not being performed.

。Therefore, the present invention provides a pine surge chair equipped with a pine surge mechanism that can move up and down along a rail provided on the backrest, in which the upper end of the rail is pivotally connected to the backrest, and the rail and the pine surge mechanism move around the pivot point. It is characterized in that the backrest is swingable in the front-rear direction and is provided with fixing means for fixing the lower part of the rail to the backrest. [Function] According to the present invention, when the pine surge mechanism is not used,
The pine surge mechanism along with the rail can be kept separate from the rear of the backrest, completely eliminating the pine surge mechanism from hitting your back when you lean against the backrest. [Example] The present invention will be described in detail below based on the illustrated example. The chair 1 of this Matusage chair is equipped with a backrest 12 that can be reclined freely, and a seat part 11 and a pair of armrests 13, 13 are attached to a lower frame 10 made of a pipe, and a frame 12a of the backrest 12 A gas spring 15 is attached between the lower end of the backrest 12 and the lower frame 10, and the backrest 12 can be reclined by expanding and contracting the gas spring 15 by operating a lever 16 disposed on the side. The backrest 12 is formed by disposing cushioning materials 12b on the left and right sides of the front surface of the frame 12a, and disposing a cover 12c made of stretchable fabric between the cushioning materials 12b. . A pair of rails 17.17 are attached to the back side of the frame 12a of the backrest 12. Similar to the conventional example, both rails 17.1 are provided with racks 18 for vertically moving the pine surge mechanism 5.
7 has a bar 19.19 extending between its upper and lower ends to form a rectangular frame, and the upper ends of both rails 17.17 are connected to the upper end of the frame 12a by hinge bins 31. The rails 17 are pivotally mounted so that the rails 17 can be swung in the front-rear direction of the backrest 12. Further, a central portion of a lever 33 is pivotally supported by a pin 32 at a lower portion of one side of the frame 12a. This lever 33 is attached to a slide bin 34 attached to the rear end side.
However, a vertically long elongated hole 38 formed at the bottom of the rail 17
A handle 35 is attached to the front end of the lever 33, which is inserted into an arc-shaped elongated hole 37 formed in a metal fitting 36 fixed to the frame 12a. When the front end side is rotated, the slide bin 34 slides within the elongated hole 38 and the rail 17 is swung back and forth within the range of angle θ. Incidentally, this swing angle θ is the same as that between the bin 32 and the slide bin 34.
This can be changed by changing the length. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the elongated hole 37 formed in the metal fitting 36 has a diameter larger than the diameter of the handle 35 only at both ends, and as shown in FIG. Handle 3 attached by tension spring 39
5 can be fitted into both ends of the elongated hole 37. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4(b), the handle 35
When the handle 35 is inserted into the elongated hole 37 at the end of the elongated hole 37, the rail 17 is locked in that position. It has become a thing. As shown in FIG. 2, a state in which the rail 17 is along the back surface of the frame 12a, that is, a state in which the treatment element 2 in the pine surge mechanism 5 can apply pine surge to the back surface of a human body leaning against the backrest 12; 17 is separated from the frame 12a so that the treatment element 2 does not touch the back of the human body.
This means that it is now possible to fix the . Another embodiment is shown in FIGS. 6 to 9. The support structure for the rail 17 is the same as in the above embodiment, but a gas spring 40 is used here to fix the rail 17. . That is, the lever 45 is supported by the support frame 43 fixed to the lower side surface of the frame 12a, and the operating plate 50 is coaxially supported, and the hook 46 protruding from the lever 45 is engaged with the protrusion 51 provided on the operating plate 50. By doing so, the operation plate 50 is rotated together with the lever 45. In the figure, 47 is a support pipe, and 48 is a stopper. Then, a frame 42 provided at the tip of the rod 41 of the gas spring 40 whose one end is pivotally connected to the lower part of the rail 17 is attached to the support frame 43 with a hinge bin 44, and the rod
The valve rod 52 protruding from the tip end surface of the valve rod 1 is connected to the operation plate 50.
is facing. When the valve rod 52 is pushed in by the operation plate 50 rotated by operating the lever 45, the gas spring 50 becomes expandable and retractable, and the angle θ of the rail 17 with respect to the frame 12a can be changed. When the lever 45 is returned and the valve rod 52 is returned, the length of the gas spring 50 is fixed in that state, so that the rail 17 is also fixed in that position. Since the rail 17 can be stopped at any position, the pine surge mechanism 5 can be used not only to retreat, but also to adjust the strength of the pine surge. Note that here, the gas spring 50 has a biasing force in the direction in which its length becomes shorter, that is, in the direction in which the rail 17 approaches the frame 12a. Therefore, when separating the C rail 17 from the frame 12a, the above-mentioned procedure is applied. The rail 17 is manually moved back with the valve rod 52 pushed in as shown in FIG.
2a to be in the pine surge standby state, it is sufficient to simply push in the valve rod 52 by operating the lever 45. The lever 45 and the operation plate 50 are connected by the hook 46 and the protrusion 51 because when the operating force applied to the lever 45 is too large, the protrusion 51 bends as shown in FIG. This is because the hook 46 can be disengaged from the hook 46 at this point. Note that the rotation range of the operation plate 50 is limited to the rotation range between the operation plate 50, the hinge bin 44, and the support frame 4.
It is regulated by contact with 3. As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, a stopper 53 is formed integrally with the hook 46, and when this stopper 53 comes into contact with the support frame 43, the lever 45 is moved beyond the range allowed by the operation plate 50. may be prevented from rotating.

Since a fixing means is provided to fix the lower part of the rail to the backrest, when the pine surge mechanism is not in use, the pine surge machine ellipse can be left behind the backrest along with the rail, and when the pine surge mechanism is rested on the backrest, the pine surge mechanism It is possible to completely eliminate the possibility of the chair hitting your back, so you can enjoy a comfortable sitting experience even when using it as a regular chair, and the rail can be fixed when performing pine surgery. Therefore, you can get reliable pine surge.
