Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the evaporating performance of defrosted water in an evaporation tray by extremely simple means by employing the tray made of a water absorption material with a water absorption plate. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical body 10a is raised in series on the bottom of an evaporation tray 10, its inside is formed with duct holes (a) for passing rising hot air from a compressor 3 and its outside is formed with a defrosted water reservoir (b) discharged annularly. A lower end 11a of a caplike water absorption plate 11 formed of a material made by compressively coupling porous ceramics, foamable plastic of continuous foams or fibers is brought into contact with the inner bottom in the reservoir (b) in a mounting state, and many air flow holes (c) for passing rising hot air passing the holes (a) are provided at a central top wall 11b. The defrosted water in the reservoir (b) from the lower end 11a is sucked by capillary to the plate 11 so that the entirety becomes wet. On the other hand, rising hot air from the compressor 3 rises in the holes (a), and passes the holes (c) while direct contact with the wall 11b of the plate 11. In this case, since the hot air is brought into direct contact with water content in the plate 1, it is heated to enhance the evaporating effect of the water content in the plate 11.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of invention #g1 of this invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. That is, in these figures, (1) to 4) are exactly the same as the conventional device in the He diagram.QO is the evaporating dish in the device of this invention;
A cylindrical body (10a) is raised in series on the inner bottom surface, and there is a duct hole (a) on the inside of the hood for passing the rising warm air from the compressor (3), and a duct hole (a) for passing the rising warm air from the compressor (3), and the outside for exhaust. A water reservoir (b) for defrosting water is formed in an annular shape. αB is a cap-shaped water absorbing plate made of porous ceramic, open-cell foamed plastic, or fibers compressed and made of the following materials.
Its lower end (11a) abuts against the inner bottom surface of the water reservoir (b) in the installed state, and the central top wall (11b) contains a large amount of air that passes through the rising warm air through the duct hole (a). It has a distribution hole (c).

Since the water absorbing plate allK is constructed as described above, the defrosting water in the water reservoir (b) is absorbed from the lower end (Ha) of the water absorbing plate allK by capillary action, and the entire surface becomes wet.

On the other hand, the rising warm air from the compressor (3) rises inside the duct hole (A) and directly touches the central top wall (11b) of the above-mentioned water absorption plate αD, which is in a moist state, while the air circulation hole in the core ( C)
going through. At this time, the warm air directly contacts the moisture in the water absorbing plate αD, so that the heating is not only carried out effectively, but also because there is a slight wind speed, the effect of evaporating the moisture in the water absorbing plate al is enhanced.
