A fuse is usually provided in the output circuit, and in the event of an overload,
Power to the load is cut off. At this time, the output circuit maintains its output state by a self-holding circuit. Therefore, for example, if a fuse blows while the clutch brake is operating, the fuse will blow and the clutch brake will turn off and stop, but as soon as the fuse is replaced, the clutch brake will operate again and the press will start operating. There was a risk that it would be reopened.

Therefore, in a programmed operation circuit that operates various parts of the press equipment such as clutches and brakes, a fuse is connected to the output circuit, and a relay is provided which is always in operation but becomes inoperable when the fuse blows out, and the contacts of the relay are connected to the output circuit. and a control line for keeping the input circuit in an operating state is connected to the input circuit via the fuse.

ある。(Function) In this way, when the fuse blows, the input circuit is always turned off, so the central processing circuit is turned off, the self-holding of the output circuit is turned off, and the maintenance of the output state is dissolved. Therefore, even if the fuse is replaced afterwards, the clutch/brake will not operate unexpectedly and press operation will not restart, making it safe.

It is connected to the operation buttons 4, 4, etc., and sends input information from these buttons to the central processing circuit 5. The central processing circuit 5 sends an output to the output circuit 6 according to a predetermined program according to the input information. The output circuit 6 includes many output relays 7, 8, 9, 10.

2 to be connected to an external member. Further, among these relays 7 to 10, in the embodiment, relay 8 is connected so as to be constantly operated,
The contact 8a is input to one AC-DC converter of input circuit 1 to turn off all other AC-DC converters (input circuit 1), and along with this, the central processing circuit 5 is turned off and all relays are turned off. 7-1

というようなことは一切なくなる。 Therefore, during normal operation, the relay 8 operates and the contact 8a is closed, so that the relay 8 operates according to the input information to the input circuit 1. Once the fuse 12 is blown, no output is output from the output circuit 6, and for example, the clutch/brake 11 is turned off and the operation of the press is interrupted. Similarly, since there is no input information through the contact 8a, the central processing circuit 5 is also turned off, and the relays 7 to 10 of the output circuit 6 are reset. Since each of the contacts 7a to 10a is also open, there is no possibility that the solenoid valve 11 will operate unexpectedly even if a new fuse is inserted.
