Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a transformer characterized by easy machining and assembling of positioning parts and a few steps by providing a flange shaped protruding part having the outer diameter close to the diameter of each attaching hole of an insulating case at one end side of each terminal pin. CONSTITUTION:An iron core 1 around which winding is provided is housed in an insulating case 3. One end side of a terminal pin 5 is inserted into each of attaching holes 4 which are provided at both end parts 3b of the insulating case 3. A leading part 2a and an end part 2b of said winding are connected to the terminal pins 5. The iron core 1 having the winding and the terminal pins 5 are fixed in the insulating case 3 by filling the case with an insulating material 7. In this transformer, a flange shaped protruding part 9 having the outer diameter close to the diameter of the attaching hole 4 of the insulating case 3 is provided at one end side of the terminal pin 5. For example, said flange shaped protruding parts 9 are provided at two places, and a winding attaching part is formed between said parts 9. In this constitution, the protruding parts 9 serve as guides when the pins are inserted into the attaching holes 4. Therefore, assembling is easy, and the machining of the parts becomes easy.

のつばで、絶縁ケース3の取付孔4の孔径に近い外径を
