常閉のバルブをピストンにそれぞれ設け、これら
のバルブを変位位置に応じて順次強制的に開弁す
るプツシユロツドをピストンロツドを貫通して設
け、外部からの操作でこのプツシユロツドを変位
させる手段を備えるとともに、シリンダの外側に
摺動自由に嵌合するアウタチユーブをピストンロ
ツドに支持し、このアウタチユーブとピストンロ
ツドとの間に前記シリンダ先端部に面して圧縮ガ
スを封入した加圧室を形成したことを特徴とする
