In order to have the effect of being able to be used interchangeably, studies have been made, for example, as seen in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-3158.

There is a need. In other words, writing instruments with replaceable nib members are not intended to be mere disposable writing instruments, but instead use an ink tank that can be replaced or filled once consumed. It houses an ink relay member (for example, a so-called bellows) that connects ink to the nib member, but since this ink relay member has a large difference in ink retention ability from the various pen nibs, it is necessary to fill this gap. Therefore, it is necessary to set an ink retention capacity in the pen nib member that matches each nib, and if such measures are not taken, problems such as excessive ink will occur, for example. .

たものである。 In FIG. 1 showing an embodiment of the present invention, reference numeral 1 is a flat pen nib having an appropriate ink passage 1a (the figure shows its flat surface), and reference numeral 2 is a flat nib having an appropriate ink passage 1a. The tip has a gripping part 2a for gripping the nib 1 from both sides, and a fitting part 2b whose inner surface is formed to match the outer shape of the flat pen nib 1 for fitting and fixing. Chip 2
The fitting portion 2b has a cylindrical outer shape, for example, and is inserted and fixed into the tip hole 3a of the tip holder 3 by appropriate means such as press fitting, concave-convex fitting, adhesive, screwing, etc. The tip holder 3 has a tip hole 3a.
A flexible ink guiding member 4 such as a synthetic resin foam, a sintered body, or a fiber bundle is inserted into the central hole 3b. connects the rear end of the flat pen nib 1 that protrudes rearward from the inner surface of the fitting portion 2b of the tip 2. Incidentally, reference numeral 5 is an O-ring made of rubber or the like interposed in a deformed state to maintain liquid tightness. The chip holder 3 also has an attachment portion 3c to the main body, and the attachment portion 3c
An appropriate number of slit-like air holes 3d are provided in the slit-like air holes 3d that extend vertically through the slit-like air holes 3d. Here, the attachment part 3c
As long as it can be attached and detached by press-fitting to the main body, convex-concave fitting, screwing, etc., there are no limitations on the means of attaching and detaching, but since it is considered that attaching and detaching can be done most easily and firmly, the screwed part is shown in the figure. As shown, a vertical knurled portion 3e is formed on the outer wall surface of the tip holder 3 to further facilitate attachment and detachment. Further, as is conventionally known, the air hole 3d may be provided in an appropriate shape at an appropriate position on the main body side, but the tip holder 3 can be used as a common member even if the pen nib is changed in various ways. The figure is designed so that the tip holder 3 can be molded most easily when manufactured using a conventional molding method such as injection molding.

Although the O-ring 5 constitutes a pen tip member, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, a so-called pipe-type ballpoint pen body is formed by holding a ball at the tip of a pipe-shaped tip as a pen point and tip, and inserting a narrow rod made of an extruded synthetic resin into the pipe-shaped tip; Or, the ball is held in a bullet-shaped chip.
Various pen nib structures may be adopted, such as a general ballpoint pen body using water-based ink, or a so-called resin pen body made of an extruded synthetic resin body, etc. The holder 3 may be a part itself called a tip or a nib holder.

a is an outer member 6 having a comb-like ink reservoir groove 6b formed by a large number of plate-like protrusions 6a, and an appropriate number of slit-like ink grooves 6c and air grooves 6d that connect the ink reservoir grooves 6b; , is in contact with the tip 7b of the inner member 7 of the ink relay member, which is made up of an inner member 7 having an appropriate number of slit-like ink passages 7a. The tip 7b may have a flat surface, for example, an appropriate taper to help deform the ink guide member 4. It may be.

In FIG. 1, the tip of the external material 6 is designed to cover the rear end of the chip holder 3, but the rear end of the chip holder 3 is made to cover the tip of the external material 6, and in addition, the ink Guiding member 4
It is also possible to make the rear end protrusion length zero or negative. Further, the ink guide member 4 may be made of multiple parts as appropriate, such as by disposing a urethane foam behind a porous ceramic body, for example.
Alternatively, when it is composed of a relatively hard fiber convergence body,
The rear end may be separated. Incidentally, the insertion of the ink guide member 4 into the center hole 3b of the tip holder 3 may be completely fixed by adhesion, welding, or strong press-fitting, but the ink connection at the pen tip side can also be ensured. In some cases (particularly if at least the tip of the ink guide member is flexible), a weak friction fit is sufficient.

果を奏することができるものである。 As explained above, in the present invention, by using the ink guide member, it is possible to fill the difference in ink holding capacity between the ink relay member and the pen tip, improve ink discharge, and also The guide member has a rear end that is located inside the main body when the pen nib main body is attached to the main body, presses against the tip of the ink relay member, and is maintained in a state of expanding sideways, so that it can be used for a long period of time. Even if the state of attachment of the nib member to the main body deteriorates after use, the deterioration is absorbed by changing the state in which the rear end of the ink guiding member swells in the side direction. Unlike this, it is possible to suppress changes in the ink guiding ability of the ink guiding member, and therefore, the ink connection between the ink relay member and the ink relay member is always maintained well, and phenomena such as ink running out can be suppressed, and the pen When replacing the tip member, the part with ink on it is not exposed from the main body side, so it will not get dirty even if it is placed casually on a desk, etc., and the ink guide from the rear end of the tip holder can also be used on the nib member side. Since the protrusion of the rear end of the member is short at most, it is possible to achieve great practical effects, such as substantially eliminating the need for soiling.
