Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare cards grouped in number such as name cards, POP cards or envelopes having thin paper quality capable of being subjected to continuous typing by one process by continuously forming bag parts opened at the side edges thereof in a chain like manner and providing a punched space to each of the bag parts on the surface side thereof so as to leave a frame to the circumference thereof and inserting typing cards in the bag parts. CONSTITUTION:A sheet main body 1 is formed by two heat-resistant synthetic resin sheet strips composed of polypropylene having a depth (d) sufficient to insert cards and a predetermined length (h) and continuously forming five bag parts 3 opened at one side edges 4 thereof in a chain like manner by heat sealing and providing a punched space 5 to each of the bag parts 3 on the surface side thereof so as to leave a frame 6 to the circumference thereof. A card incorporating sheet 5 is constituted by inserting typing cards in the bag parts 3. When duplication is performed by a copier using this card incorporated sheet S, subjects corresponding to the number of the typing cards 2 are positioned and aligned on a photosensitive surface and the sheet S is sent into a feeder. In the case of typing by a word processor, FD preliminarily brought to a software system by continuously typing a predetermined number of sets of typing bodies is utilized and the sheet 5 is sent into the feeder of a printer. Whereupon, a plurality of copied name cards or word processor typed name cards are prepared in a single process.

In other words, general copy machines are limited to paper that is about the size of an official postcard, and it is impossible to copy on multiple sheets of paper at the same time in one cycle. Although it is possible to create multiple business cards at the same time by arranging them and sending 85 sheets of paper, there is still time to cut them later, which wastes paper margins. Although there are small personal copiers that can make copies using small-sized paper, these machines can only make copies of one sheet of paper per cycle, and cannot copy multiple sheets of paper at once. do not have.

Additionally, with word processors, it is possible to print postcard-sized prints by installing a postcard feeder in the printer, but with small-sized paper such as business cards, the paper fits completely inside the paper holder, making it difficult to place the paper. I no longer understand,
In addition, paper feeding is not carried out smoothly and accurately, resulting in double printing, which is an inconvenience, so it is rarely used.
When copying on paper with the thickness of Naori 5, the trouble of cutting it later remains as in the case of a copy machine.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned inconveniences of the conventional technology. In the case of a copy machine, the subject is lined up on the photosensitive surface, and in the case of a word processor, etc., a predetermined number of print bodies are continuously input, and the rest is done in the same way as conventional paper feeding. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a card-embedded sheet that can be continuously printed to the above-mentioned size by feeding it into the feeder of a printer.

[Structure of the Invention] (Means for Solving tIB) In order to achieve the above object, the card-embedded sheet for continuous printing of cards of the present invention has a predetermined length of heat-resistant sheet having a depth sufficient for loading cards. A continuous synthetic resin sheet band is formed into a series of bag parts with side ends opened in a chain, a punching space is provided on the surface side of each bag part leaving a frame around the periphery, and a printing card is loaded into the bag part. It is composed of

(Operation (Usage)) Now, we will explain the case where a so-called copy business card or a word processing business card is produced using the card-incorporated sheet S with the above configuration. As shown in the figure, the objects (business cards) corresponding to the number of printed cards 2 incorporated in the card-embedded sheet S (5 to 10 in the example) are positioned and aligned on the photosensitive surface, and the sheets S are placed in the feeder. Send it in.

On the other hand, in the case of printing using a word processor, as shown in Fig. 4, a predetermined number of printing fonts (items to be written on business cards) are continuously typed in advance using an FD that has been softened, and the sheet S is sent to the feeder of the printer. .

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention is as described above, and the sheet body 1 allows small-sized printing cards such as business cards, which cannot be handled by conventional copy machines or word processors, to be connected together into a single sheet of paper. It is effective and allows continuous printing in one step, making it extremely convenient for producing cards in large quantities, such as business cards, POP cards, and envelopes made of thin paper.
