Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)相対する側部両上端が円弧凸形状である長尺状の
支持部材と、上記側部両上端の対応箇所に円弧凹形状の
溝部が形成されている長尺状の固定部材とからなり、上
記側部両上端と上記溝部との間にフィルムを挟持し且つ
上記固定部材の外側から上記支持部材を貫通するまで螺
子を挿通して上記フィルムを支持・固定するようになさ
れていることを特徴とするフィルム固定治具。
(1) An elongated support member whose opposite upper ends of both sides have a circular convex shape, and an elongated fixing member which has arcuate concave grooves formed at corresponding locations on both upper ends of the side parts.
