Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance safety of a parking facility by a method in which a condition in which optional two housing sections are empty is regarded as a fully parked state, and when sending out an automobile in the back housing section, the car in the foreground are moved to the empty housing section in such a way as to secure two housing sections all the time. CONSTITUTION:A condition in which adjacent optional two housing sections 5c and 5d in the direction of crossing a running path 3 are empty is regarded as a fully parked state. When sending out automobile 12 from the housing section 5b belonging to the foreground housing section rows 4a and 4c, the cars 12 in the section 5a are moved to the back housing section 5d by using a sending cart 2 and then sent out by utilizing the cart 2 and the sending base 7 of the elevator 6 in the section 5b. Also, when parking the next car, cars are introduced into the housing section 5c to secure two sections 5a and 5b in empty state. The positional deviation of cars can thus be eliminated and safe mounting of cars can be attained.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Field of Application) The present invention provides a vehicle storage compartment on at least one side of the traveling route of a transport vehicle for entering and exiting a vehicle, on the front side adjacent to the traveling route and on the rear side thereof. Relating to an entry/exit method in a parking lot facility in which rows are arranged and all storage compartments and the transport vehicle are provided with a vehicle transfer conveyor for transporting vehicles in a direction perpendicular to the travel route. It is.

(Prior art and its problems) In the above-mentioned parking facility, when a car in a storage compartment on the back side is to be taken out, the non-leaving car in the storage compartment on the front side, which is in the way, must be removed from the parking lot by another car. It is necessary to temporarily move it to an empty storage area. Therefore, in this type of parking facility, it is necessary to keep at least one storage compartment on the near side vacant, rather than storing vehicles in all the storage compartments. In other words, the vehicle must be considered full when any one storage compartment on the front side is empty.

However, if one storage compartment on the front side is empty as described above and is considered to be full, the reserved front storage compartment will become an obstacle when exiting the car from the storage compartment on the back side. A non-leaved vehicle that has been moved to an empty storage compartment on the side 1”:! will be moved to another vacant storage compartment again when a vehicle stored in a storage compartment on the far side is to be unloaded. That is, There is a possibility that each time a car in the storage compartment on the back side is taken out, the same car will be shuffled around.

Unlike when vehicles are loaded and unloaded on pallets, in parking lot facilities where vehicles are loaded and unloaded directly on a conveyor, the position of the vehicle is likely to shift during transfer, so it is difficult to move the vehicle from loading to unloading. Therefore, as mentioned above, the conventional loading/unloading method in which there is a possibility that the same vehicle may be reloaded is not suitable from a safety point of view or It is not appropriate from the user's point of view and must be improved.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the conventional problems as described above, the present invention has the following features:
A state in which any two storage compartments adjacent to each other in a direction orthogonal to the travel route among the storage compartments are vacant is considered to be full, and from this full state, a vehicle stored in a storage compartment on the back side is taken out. When storing a car, move the non-released vehicle in the front storage compartment to one of the two vacant storage compartments, and then move the non-released vehicle to one of the two empty storage compartments, and when there is a vehicle to be parked next, move it to the back side where the non-released vehicle was stored. A parking lot facility characterized in that the vehicle is stored in an empty storage compartment in front of the storage compartment, and any two storage compartments adjacent to each other in a direction perpendicular to the driving route are always kept vacant. It proposes methods of loading and unloading.

It is moved to one of the two prepared empty storage compartments, but in this case, it is possible to pass through the empty storage compartment on the front side and then move it to the empty storage compartment on the back side from the beginning, or the next Since there is a possibility that the vehicle will be subject to unloading work, the vehicle will be left waiting in the storage compartment on the front side, and if the next time the retrieval work is performed, the non-exited vehicle in the storage compartment on the front side will be moved to the storage compartment on the back side. At the same time, vehicles are stored in the empty storage compartment on the front side.

By performing the loading and unloading operations in the manner described above, it is possible to ensure that any two storage compartments adjacent to each other in the direction orthogonal to the travel route (3) are always vacant even when the vehicle is full. When the car (12) that was temporarily relocated because it would interfere with the unloading work of the car at the back, that is, the car (12) stored in the storage compartment (5a), happened to be the next target for the unloading work. In addition, there is no need for time to transport the vehicle (12) from the storage compartment (5d) on the back side to the storage compartment (5c) on the front side, and work efficiency can be improved.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the parking lot facility loading/unloading method of the present invention, even though the parking lot facility has two rows of storage bays in the front and back when viewed from the vehicle loading/unloading vehicle side, the parking lot facility is full. By ensuring that any two storage compartments adjacent to each other in the direction orthogonal to the traveling route of the transport vehicle are always vacant, it will become a hindrance to other vehicles leaving the garage. This eliminates the need for the same car to be relocated multiple times, eliminates the inconvenience of accumulating misalignment of cars that occurs when cars are transferred directly on a conveyor, and makes the transfer of cars safer. Not only can this be done, but it can also provide a sense of security to vehicle users.

A row of vehicle storage compartments is arranged on at least one side of the travel route of the vehicle for entering and exiting the vehicle, on the front side adjacent to the travel route and on the back side thereof, and all the storage compartments and the vehicle are provided with a row of vehicle storage compartments. In a parking lot facility equipped with a vehicle transfer conveyor that transports vehicles in a direction perpendicular to the travel route, any two of the storage compartments adjacent in the direction orthogonal to the travel route When a storage compartment is empty, it is considered full, and when a car stored in the storage compartment on the back side is to be taken out from this full state, the unreleased car in the storage compartment on the near side is moved to the two empty storage compartments. When there is a vehicle to be stored next, it is stored in an empty storage compartment in front of the storage compartment on the back side where the non-departing vehicle was stored, and always in a direction perpendicular to the driving route. A method for entering and exiting a parking facility, characterized by ensuring that any two storage compartments adjacent to the parking lot remain vacant.
