■0 Structure of the Invention (1) Means for Solving the Problems - In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a process of peeling and drying the loofah fruit and cutting the dried loofah fruit lengthwise. Then, there is a step of rolling it out after removing the inner core, a step of pressing the rolled out loofah fiber into a sheet, and cutting the pressed loofah fiber fabric 12 into each component piece of the hat. A process of sewing perforations 16 to prevent wet expansion, and loofah fiber fabric 12
This method constitutes a hat manufacturing method including the step of sewing each of the component pieces of the brimmed hat 22 to form a brimmed hat 22.

In addition, the main material is loofah fiber fabric 12, which is made by peeling, drying, cutting and developing loofah fruit, and press-finishing it.It is cut into a double-headed mountain shape to shield the front part of the crown, and has perforations 16 to prevent wet expansion. Front crown fabric 14 with multiple sets sewn together
a, plural sets of parietal circumferential side fabrics 14b cut into a chevron shape to shield the parietal circumferential sides and sewn with a plurality of sets of perforations 16 to prevent wet expansion, and shielding the face from light. Then, sew multiple sets of sewing machine 016 to prevent wet expansion.
Including the brim fabric 14c and the front part of the crown t@
A head cover body 20 is formed by sewing a plurality of crown circumferential side fabrics 14b to the head cover body 14a, and a brim fabric 14cftii is attached to the periphery of the head cover body 20 to constitute a hat 22.
