PURPOSE:To apply coatings with accurate thickness by using a guide roll with the flange part of an L-pawl as a support in a lagging subjected to anti-corro sive covering over the external surfaces of a steel pipe lagging and its insides and a device to coat the inside of the pawl consisting of an expanding/ contracting rod coupled with the tip of the guide roll. CONSTITUTION:A pawl inside coating device 7 is composed of a coating nozzle 4, guide roll 5, and expanding/contracting rod 6.
