Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the outer diameter of a motor by internally providing an agitator in the main body of a nozzle, composing the motor of a spirally arranged stator and a spirally arranged rotor and spirally forming the planting part of a scraping body in the agitator so as to face to the spiral interval of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:In a sucking room 13 in a main body 12 of the nozzle, an agitator 15 is internally provided with an outer rotor type motor 14 as a driving source. The motor 14 is composed of a stator 17 provided in a fix shaft 14, which is arranged and fixed in the width-wise direction of the sucking room 13, and a rotor 18 fitted on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical agitator 15. The stator 17 is made spiral on the fix shaft 16 and wound around a core, which is arranged between spiral parts at intervals and the rotor 18 is samely constituted spirally. For the agitator 15, a scraping body 20 is planted on a surrounding wall and the planting part faces to the spiral interval of the rotor 18. For the scraping body 20 of the agitator 15, the planting part can be formed by using the thickness of the rotor 18. Accordingly, it is not necessary for the thickness of the agitator 15 to consider the said planting part.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the conventional floor nozzle with a built-in seven-rotor type motor, the outer diameter of the agitator 6 cannot be reduced because the scraping body 8 is installed around the outer periphery of the agitator 6. could not. In other words, the agitator 6 requires a depth in which the scraping body 8 is installed, which inevitably results in an increase in wall thickness.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes an agitator internally installed in a nozzle body that is rotationally driven by an outer rotor type motor, and the motors are arranged in a spiral shape at intervals. It consists of a stator and a rotor located on the outer periphery of the stator, fixed to the inner periphery of the agitator, and arranged spirally at intervals, and the implanted part of the scraping body of the agitator is arranged on the rotor. It is formed in a spiral shape so that it faces the spiral interval.

In the figure, an agitator 16 whose driving source is an outer rotor type motor 14 is installed in a suction chamber 13 of a nozzle body 12 which has a connecting pipe 11 to the vacuum cleaner side at the rear. The motor 14 consists of a stator 17 provided on a fixed shaft 16 arranged and fixed in the width direction of the suction chamber 13, and a rotor 18 located on the outer periphery of the stator 17 and attached to the surface of the cylindrical agitator 16. . Both ends of the agitator 15 are pivotally supported on the outer peripheral surface of a fixed shaft 16 via bearings 19.

Further, the stator 17 has a spiral shape on the fixed shaft 16, and windings are applied to a core arranged at intervals between the spiral portions. On the other hand, the rotor 18 is also constructed in a spiral shape. .

In the above configuration, when current is applied to the windings of the stator 17, a rotating magnetic field is generated in its core, and the agitator 16 rotates due to attraction and repulsion with the magnetic field generated by the rotor 18. With this rotation, the scraping body 2o scrapes up dust adhering to the carpet and draws it into the suction chamber 13.

Furthermore, since the raised portion 20 of the agitator 16 can be formed by utilizing the thickness of the rotor 18, the implanted portion need not be taken into account when determining the wall thickness of the agitator 15.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the wall thickness of the agitator can be made thinner, and the diameter of the agitator can be reduced as a result. Therefore, the floor nozzle can be made thinner and its usability and ease of use can be significantly improved.
