―断面図、第３図は一般的な自動車用エンジ
ンのシリンダを一部切欠いた平面図、第４図は第
３図の―断面図であつて従来のカムシヤフト
の位置決め装置の取付状態の断面図、第５図は第
４図の―断面図である。 図面中、２０は位置決め装置、２１はフローテ
イングプレート、２２は圧縮ばね（付勢部材）、
２３は支持部材、２６はテーパ溝、２９はテーパ
部である。

Claims (1)
- エンジンのカムシヤフトの外周部に周方向に沿
つてテーパ溝を形成する一方、該テーパ溝に嵌入
するテーパ部を有するフローテイングプレートを
シリンダヘツドに前記カムシヤフトの軸方向と直
交する方向に移動自在に支持すると共に、前記フ
ローテイングプレートを前記シリンダヘツドに支
持された付勢部材によつて付勢して前記テーパ部
をテーパ溝に嵌入したことを特徴とするエンジン
のカムシヤフトの位置決め装置。
