Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve easy-to-open ability of a can, simplify resealing after opening and improve can strength at the time of falling by a method wherein an inner peripheral part and an outer peripheral part are not heat-jointed but a hook of the inner peripheral part is engaged with a protrusion of the outer peripheral part. CONSTITUTION:On a peripheral part of an inner peripheral part 6 except a sticking tip 8 of a main body 7, a hook 9 is formed. An outer peripheral part 10 has a flange 11, a descending wall 12, a bottom 13 and a protrusion 14. A tip 90 of the hook 9 of the inner peripheral part 6 is fitted into a groove partitioned and formed by the protrusion 14, the upper face of the bottom 13 and the inner face of the descending wall 12 of the outer peripheral part 10. By lifting a tab 5, since the sticking tip 8 is in contact only with the protrusion 14, it simplifies pushing and breaking of a gas barrier type multilayer base material 1, and by pulling the tab 5, the hook and a lid can be easily opened. The inner peripheral part 6 can be re-sealed by fitting the hook 9 into the groove of the outer peripheral part 10. Since the hook 9 of the inner peripheral part 6 is fitted into the groove of the outer peripheral part 10 and not moved, strength of the can when falling down in a lateral direction fall or a slanted direction fall can be improved.

[Prior Art] The lid of a can-like container is required to be easy to open in order to open the lid and take out the contents inside the container. Conventionally, it has been done to open the package using an auxiliary tool such as a can opener, but this is cumbersome, and most people now open the package without using the auxiliary tool such as a can opener. The use of plastic lids for can-like containers is also being promoted, but unlike metal cans, there are various difficulties in realizing this.

In addition, the lid body can be used in a full oven (fully open) or in a partial oven (according to the score).
After opening at part [jl), the opening inside the score is removed and if the contents of the can remain inside the can, the storage method is to attach a separate cap for it or to use a film. It is necessary to store the product by wrapping it in a plastic wrap such as a plastic wrapper, etc., and it requires a troublesome operation when resealing the product after it has been opened.

Lift up the tab attached to the top of the main body on the inner periphery.
As mentioned above, the protruding tip of the inner circumferential part is only in contact with the protrusion of the outer circumferential part and is not 1lff (fixed) due to heat, so the tip of the protruding tip is
The gas barrier multilayer base material at the bottom is easily pressed and torn, and after the pressing, when the tab section is pulled toward the user's hand, the hook section is fitted into the groove as described above. Similarly, since the lid is not fixed by heat, the lid can be opened easily and has good pullability, resulting in extremely good final easy-opening performance.

In addition, the separated inner peripheral part (including the gas barrier multilayer base material thermally bonded to the bottom surface of the main body) can be re-tubed once opened by fitting the hook part into the groove of the outer peripheral part again. The present invention eliminates the need for a separate overcap as in the past, or for storing stones in plastic wrap or the like in order to place stones in open openings that cannot be closed again. As mentioned above, all you have to do is put the lid back on at the inner periphery and store it in a refrigerator or the like.

Further, since the hook portion on the inner peripheral portion is fitted into the groove on the outer peripheral portion and is not moved, it is possible to improve the strength of the can falling in a horizontal direction or a diagonal direction. As in the past, when an object is provided with a score, when the contents are filled in m and the object is dropped, stress is concentrated on the score (causing breakage of the can). Not providing something equivalent to a score also improves R8 can strength.
