Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily cut a highly strong rolled film by a method wherein fine flaws are made at ends of the rolled film while grinding particles are fired on a cutter part of a container. CONSTITUTION:Fine flaws 7 are made along both end lines of a rolled film 8, while grinding particles 9 are provided on a ridge formed by a front side face 1 and a bottom side face 2. A ridge part 10 applied with the grinding particles 9 is fixed to a portion where the cutting efficiency is highest in a width not exceeding twice the thickness of plate paper. Since a container with grinding particles fixed only on a portion having the highest cutting efficiency in narrow width, existence of a cutting means is seldom felt causing no discomfort but keeping high cutting efficiency. In addition, since fine flaws 7 are made along the end lines of the film, the highly strong rolled film can be easily cut.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to a high-strength wound film housed in a dispensing container with a cutting tool, and particularly to a high-strength wound film such as a polyester film, a nylon film, or a laminate thereof. Used for rolled film made of plastic film.

Conventionally, a cutting means called a so-called sawtooth is fixed to a dispensing container for a rolled film such as a plastic film, aluminum foil, or glassine paper.

These saw teeth caused pain (and sometimes caused injury) when fingers came into contact with them. Therefore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 125140/1983 discloses that a file-like rough surface is provided on the container as a cutting means. The file-like rough surface must be firmly attached to the surface so that the abrasive grains do not fall off during normal use.

Also, from the point of view of sharpness, angular parts such as on ridge lines or cut edges of paperboard are preferable. It is necessary to bend the file sheet in order to firmly fix the abrasive grains to corners such as ridges and cut edges. Since the file sheet is firmly fixed, it will break when bent and the abrasive grains will fall from this part. The present applicant proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-217325 a file sheet piece that does not break even when bent 180 degrees.

However, when the film to be cut is a high-strength film made of polyester or the like, it is difficult to cut even with saw teeth, and when the container is made of paperboard, the container itself is deformed. Therefore, there was a need for a technology that would not cause discomfort when touched, but would also be able to easily cut even high-strength wound films.

Abrasive grains are fixed on the cut or ridgeline of the container. Preferably, the abrasive grains are fixed on the ridgeline of the container with a width approximately twice the thickness of the container material. Furthermore, a rigid plate is used as the cutting blade, and abrasive grains are fixed to the cutting surface of the rigid plate with the width of the rigid plate, or the rigid plate is folded in half, and the abrasive grains are preferably fixed on the cut surface of the rigid plate with a width of about 2 times the thickness of the rigid plate. It is characterized by fixed abrasive grains with twice the width.

The wound film according to the present invention is a polyester film, an olefin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene, a nylon film, a polyvinyl chloride film, or a laminate of these and other films. For example, it is a film in which an aluminum layer is vapor-deposited on a polyester film and a paper layer is further provided, and when food is wrapped with this film and heated in a microwave oven, the food can be heated with a multilayer film or fried food can be placed on the film. When fixing the abrasive grains, the part where the cutting means is to be installed is used, for example, the aggregated surface obtained by stacking and compressing a plurality of sheets with the cut surfaces in the length direction aligned as they are, or the ridgeline part is folded into two and then a plurality of sheets are formed. A mixed solution of abrasive grains and adhesive is applied to the assembled surface obtained by stacking and compressing. When fixing, adhesive containing abrasive particles can be applied from above to the application surface of the stacked and compressed bundle, that is, the cut surface or the gathering surface of the two folded surfaces, or sprayed from the side. The coated surface may be brought into contact with the surface on which the adhesive liquid containing the adhesive has been poured. In addition, a ribbon-shaped rigid plate having at least the same rigidity as a paperboard may be folded in half, stacked and compressed, and abrasive grains are fixed on the aggregated surface in the length direction, and this is used as a cutting means to cut the container. It may be fixed to the desired site by pasting or other means.

As the adhesive, a thermosetting resin adhesive, a hot melt adhesive, or a suspension mixture of a plastic latex such as polyvinylidene chloride and abrasive grains may be applied. In this case, the resin penetrates into the inside of the paper material and has the effect of reinforcing the vicinity of the cut end of the paperboard. Further, after fixing with a thermosetting resin adhesive, it is possible to overcoat with a film having rubber elasticity to improve the retention of the abrasive grains. It is also applicable to containers made of plastics other than paperboard, such as polypropylene sheets and polyvinyl chloride sheets.

The present invention uses a container in which abrasive grains are fixed in a narrow width only in the part of the wound film container that has the highest cutting efficiency, so the presence of the cutting means is hardly confused, there is no discomfort, and the cutting efficiency is high. expensive. Furthermore, in order to increase the cutting efficiency of the high-strength film, a group of fine scars are densely provided along the edge line of the film itself.
