【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、回転電機の回転子重量を支える軸

ストパツドと弾性体とを内蔵した軸受ブツシユを
有する回転電機に関する。

おける軸受ブツシユの詳細縦断面図、第4図は同
上の詳細横断面図である。この軸受スタンド1に
はスラスト受フランジ2aを有する回転軸2が貫
通しており、この回転軸2を包囲する4分割(軸
方向に上下2分割、さらに軸方向中央で左右に分
割)された軸受ブツシユ3,3′が収納され、ス
タンドカバー4、軸受キヤツプ10で覆われてい
る。図で左側の軸受ブツシユ3に弾性体とスラス
トパツドを設けるが(この図では回転軸2の右側
よりのスラスト荷重のみ受ける構造)、これには
軸受ブツシユ3に溝部を設け、この溝部の側面に
半円環状の弾性体5を置き、次にこの半円環状の
弾性体5の周方向に扇形のスラストパツド6を複
数個並べピン7にて位置決めした。そして扇形の
スラストパツド6はそれぞれピンボルト8にて軸
受ブツシユ3に固定した。この様に軸受ブツシユ
を4分割構造としたのは次に述べる様な理由から
である。すなわち (1) 扇形のスラストパツド6に軸方向に弾性を与
え支持するための弾性体5は、スラストパツド
6との位置を維持するために、軸受ブツシユ3
の溝部の側面にピン穴を設け、ピン7により位
置決めされるので、このピン穴を加工するため
に左右分割することが必要であつた。

記軸受ブツシユ13は、上下2つ割り構造で、内
径側に凹部21が形成され、前記回転軸2は、前
記軸受ブツシユ13で支持され、前記スラスト受
フランジ2aが前記軸受ブツシユ13の凹部21
に挿入されており、前記スラストパツド16は、
前記軸受ブツシユ13の凹部21に挿入され、そ
