Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (考案の目的) 本考案はマイクロモータのケースの構造に関す
るものである。従来の構造を第1図について説明
する。1はモータケースで、2はタツプである。
このタツプ2はモータケース1にドリルで穴をあ
け、穴の側面にタツプ加工を施したものであり、
モータケース1を貫通しているため、内部にごみ
が侵入するのを防止すると共に騒音がもれるのを
阻止するために樹脂製のパツキング3が設けてあ
る。なお、4は固定子のマグネツト、5は軸受メ
タルである。本考案は上記従来の構造のうち、パ
ツキング3を必要としない構造とすることによつ
てその生産性および経済性を向上することを目的
とするものである。

合支持する中心孔1cと、モータを固定部に装着
するための凹部6(一般には複数)が設られてい
る。凹部6は、有底円筒状をなし、その底部1d
は絞り加工(プレス加工を含む)の際モータケー
ス1の内方に突出せしめられる。また凹部6の円
筒部の内面には、モータを装着する際取付ねじ
(図示されていない)の螺合するタツプねじ7が
刻設されている。モータケース1の円筒部にモー
タの固定子マグネツトを嵌合支持するものである
が、凹部6は底部1dで閉塞されているのでモー
タ内部に埃りが侵入することなく、またその底部
1dの先端によつて固定子マグネツト4が位置決
めされるので、モータの組立て調整が著しく簡単
且つ精密にできる。
