<Function> The end members of the concrete separator of the present invention formed in this way are connected to the vertically adjacent concrete formworks 5, 5 as shown in FIG.
The flat plate part 11 of the plate-like member 1 is inserted between the peripheral members 5a, 5a, and the clamping holes 13 formed in the plate part 11 and the clamping holes formed in the peripheral edges 5a, 5a of the formwork 5 are inserted between the peripheral members 5a, 5a. A connecting pin (not shown) is inserted into the holes 5b, 5b, and holds the three together. At this time, the separator receiving member 2 is located protruding from the concrete casting space A side of the formworks 5,5. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the outer peripheral surface of the separator receiving member 2 has a cylindrical shape 32 with a bottom, and the screw hole 23 is provided in the center of the bottom 33.
A long hole 3 with a width approximately equal to or larger than
A mantle cone member 3 having a structure in which the mantle 1 is formed through the mantle is a mantle. The inner surface of the bottom portion 33 of the mantle cone member 3 is formed into a spherical shape along the outer peripheral surface of the separator receiving member 2. As shown in FIG. 1, the inner circumferential surface of the outer cone member 3 and the outer circumferential surface of the separator receiving member 2 are in close contact with each other, and the cylindrical edge of the outer cone member 3 is in close contact with the mold surface. Despite its presence, concrete does not flow into the mantle cone member. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 1, the connection separator 6 having a threaded portion 6a formed at its end is screwed into the screw hole 23 of the separator receiving member 2 and connected.

<Example> To explain an example of the present invention with reference to the drawings, in the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the connecting pin hole 12 formed on the other end side of the plate-like member 1 A U-shaped notch is formed in the widthwise center of the end, the remaining both sides are formed into a cylindrical shape to form pin holes 12, 12, and the end portions are secured by pin caulking. did. Furthermore, the separator receiving member 2 has an external shape obtained by cutting a part of a spherical body, has the pin hole 22 protruding from a recessed part on the back side, and has a screw hole 23 formed in the center part of the front side. It is formed as a molded article made of a synthetic resin material and has a built-in nut 24. However, this screw hole 23 does not necessarily have an embedded nut 24.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, a U-shaped notch is formed at the other end of the plate member 1, and the remaining side plate portions are bent at right angles, and the bent portion is The separator receiving member 2 has a structure in which connecting pin holes 12, 12 are formed respectively, and the separator receiving member 2 has a shape in which the left and right side wall portions on the rear end side are removed, leaving the outer circumferential surface portion 21 at the tip end. This remaining upper and lower wall portion 2
5 and 25 are wider than the width of the elongated hole 31 in the mantle cone member 3. Furthermore, as another embodiment, the separator receiving member 2 itself has a series of strip-shaped walls in the vertical direction, that is, the tip outer circumferential surface portion 21 in FIG. 5 also has upper and lower wall portions 25, 2.
It may be implemented as having a width similar to that of 5.

Furthermore, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and the embodiment shown in FIG.
Although the separator receiving member 2 is shown with a structure in which the separator receiving member 2 is held between the pin holes 22, 22, it goes without saying that the pin holes 22, 22 of the separator receiving member 2 may be configured to hold the connecting pin hole 12 of the plate member 1. In short, it is sufficient that both members 1 and 2 have a structure in which they can rotate relative to each other about the connecting pin 4 as a pivot.

<Effects of the invention> As explained above, in the end member of the concrete separator according to the invention, the separator receiving member and the plate-shaped member that connect the connecting separators are connected via the pivot shaft, and can rotate relative to each other. Because it is formed into a structure, it is not limited to cases where the posture (angle) and height position of the peripheral edge of the concrete formwork in which this end member is inserted and fixed are opposed to form a straight line. Even if the position of the end member is different from each other or the position is different, it is sufficient to use only this single end member, and the formwork position can be changed by connecting with the anchor member embedded at the concrete pouring position. Furthermore, since concrete has not flowed into the inside of the mantle cone member 3, the separator receiving member 2 inside the mantle cone member 3 can be used to connect the threaded part 23 and the separator 6. By releasing the threaded connection with the screw portion 6a, it can be recovered from the hardened concrete wall surface, and in some cases, the mantle cone member 3 can also be recovered from the wall surface and reused, which is economical. .

Furthermore, since the overall structure is such that the plate-shaped member and the separator receiving member are connected by pins, it also has the advantage of being highly productive and suitable for mass production.
