Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a positive flame transfer by a method wherein a pilot burner for performing a flame transfer adjacent to an upper burner and a lower burner forming a continuous combustion surface is provided, the lower burner is formed with an air blowing passage and a combustion secondary air is supplied to the pilot burner. CONSTITUTION:An air blowing device 11 is integrally fitted to a lower burner 8 and formed with it so as to constitute a burner unit 12. At a central part of a flow branch part 114 of an air pipe 112 is formed an air blowing part 116 for supplying a combustion secondary air to a pilot burner 18. An upper burner 7 and a lower burner 8 are formed such that each of a pair of right and left burners is formed by a continuous combustion surface and a pilot burner 18 having a flame rod 20 is adjacent to the combustion surface, so that a positive flame transfer can be attained. Since the secondary combustion sir for the pilot burner 18 is supplied from an air blowing part 116, the combustion is not influenced by the exhaust gas ignited at a flame transfer hole 84 of the lower burner 8 and there is no bad combustion state.

Problem to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above configuration, the upper and lower burners 7.8 are attached only to one side of the left and right pair, and the ignition of the left and right pair of burners depends on the length of the flame of the pilot burner 7d. It is possible to ignite the fire at the same time, but once the ignition is confirmed, it will be extinguished.
If the burners 7a and 8a on the side where the ignition detector 7e is not installed blow out during combustion, the burner 7 on the side where the ignition detector 7e is installed
Raw gas is released from b and 8b without ignition, creating a dangerous situation. Furthermore, since a plurality of ignition units 7u are installed, the configuration becomes complicated and the cost increases.

In the above configuration, the upper burner 7 and the lower burner 8 are ignited, and the flame from the air blower 16 is directed from the air blowing hole 111 of the blower device 11 to the lower burner 8, and has a horizontal or downward vector component. An air stream is ejected and the heat stream reaches the lower center of the grill m4, heating the entire surface with uniform heat distribution. At this time, the radiant heat from the combustion of the upper burner 7 simultaneously heats both the upper and lower surfaces of the food to be cooked 3. Even in the ultra-wide heating chamber 1, quick and even cooking can be achieved.
