Abstract

PURPOSE:To make fixation to ALC material rigid with elasticity of a fixing leg by constructing an insulated staple while driving the fixing leg provided with a fixing hole with a smaller diameter of the leg part into the two leg parts having parallel nail shafts. CONSTITUTION:An insulated staple U is formed by driving fixing legs 1 into parallel leg parts 6 of having U-shaped metal nail shafts 5. The fixing leg has a bar-like shape and a slender fixing hole 2 is formed on the inner center part thereof. The fixing hole is taperedly formed such that the upper inner diameter thereof is a little narrower than the outer diameter of the leg part 6, then becomes the same at the bottom part. The fixing leg 1 is made of rein forced resin strong enough to stand driving. When the fixing leg is driven into the leg part 6, a slight taperness is formed on the outer form. A cable 9 is fixed to a cable fixing member 10 rigidly by the elasticity of the resin material, even if the cable fixing member 10 is made of ALC material and the conven tional insulated staple is not available.

The structure of the embodiment of the present application will be explained by the government below. Arrow A indicates two insulated staples, and the nail shaft 5 has a U-shape.
is made of metal and has excellent heat and impact resistance, and its upper part is covered with a flexible insulating coating 7, and the upper part 8 of the nail head 8 exposes the part of the nail shaft 5 for easy driving. For easy driving, the cross-sectional shape and material of the nail shaft 5 are arbitrary. Reference numeral 1.1 denotes a fixing leg, which has a rod-like outer shape, and has an elongated fixing hole 2.2 in the center of the interior, and the inner diameter of the upper part of the hole is slightly narrower than the outer diameter of the legs 6. .

The shape of the hole is the same as that of the legs 6, 6, and it gradually expands toward the back and reaches the bottom, forming a reverse taper with an inner diameter that is the same as the outer diameter of the legs 6, 6. Using a reinforced resin material that has a little elasticity and flexibility and is strong enough to withstand driving, place the tips of the legs 6 and 6 into the openings 3 and 3 above the fastening holes 2 and 2. When you hit the upper part 8 of the head, the fixing hole 2.
2, and as it progresses, the inner diameter of the retaining hole 2.2 and the outer diameter of the native bulge 1.1 are expanded, and as it is driven deeper, the expansion of the inner and outer diameters becomes smaller, resulting in the outer shape of the retaining bulge 1.1. As shown in the figure, a taper is formed at J to form an insulating staple B.

This is driven into the wire fastening member 10, and the inner wall surface of the hole and the outside of the fastening bulge 1.1 are pressed together, and the outer periphery of the fastening bulge 1.1 is pressed into contact with the fastening hole 2.2. Along with the contraction action, the legs 6 are also pressed against each other to increase the fixing force, further increasing the fixing force of the insulating staple A. 4 is an extension part,
This shows the state where the tip of the legs 6, 6 is driven in from the mouth openings 3, 3 has expanded a little, and as it is driven sequentially, it expands and when it is driven completely to the bottom, the outer shape of the retaining expansion 1, 1 will be It becomes slightly tapered as shown in Figures 1 and 2. 9 is an electric wire, and shows a fixed state. Reference numeral 13 denotes a connecting guard, which connects the fastening expansions 1, 1 or 11, 11 into a pair, and the spacing between the legs is such that the spacing between the legs 6, 6 and the fastening holes 2, 2 or 12, 12 match. Oval, electric wire indigenous member 10
Place the electric wire 9 above it, place the ends of the legs 6, 6 against the mouth openings 3, 3, and hit the top part of the head 8 to open the fastening holes 2, 2 and the fastening holes. It is easily driven in while pushing out the outside of the swellings 11 and 11.

Next, the effects of the above structure will be explained.9 As shown in Fig. 3, an insulating staple A is driven into the fastening expansion 1.1, and an insulating staple B shown in Fig. 1 is formed into a material with a fastening expansion of 1.1. combines the elasticity and shrinkage characteristics of resin-based materials with the strong and heat-resistant metal nail shaft 5, and the insulating coating 7 to prevent damage to the electric wire 9 is made by taking advantage of the elastic flexibility of the resin. This product provides an insulating staple that strongly fastens and can withstand high heat, whereas conventional insulating staples such as ALC cannot be used due to lack of fastening force. Elongated fastening holes 2.2 and 12.12, which are slightly thinner than the wire diameter, are provided, and the contraction of the resin material attracts the legs 6.6 to be driven in, strengthening the fastening force and increasing the fastening expansion 1.1 or 12. 11.1
By expanding the outer diameter of the wire fixing hole 1, the inner wall of the hole drilled into the wire fixing member 10 is pressed and the fixing force is strengthened. By configuring it into a reverse tapered shape that is slightly wider toward the back from 3.3, the outer diameter shape of the retaining expansion 1.1 expands according to the shape of the retaining hole 2.2, resulting in a tapered shape. By doing so, a crimped state is created on the entire inner wall of the hole formed in the wire fixing member 10, and the wire is firmly fixed. Furthermore, in the continuous staple C shown in FIG. 6, the connecting guard 13 has a fixed expansion of 1.1 or 1.
If the shape is maintained such that the spacing and parallelism of the wires 2 and 12 are kept constant, and the dimensions match the pair of insulating staples A to be used, then the wire fixing member 10 can be nailed in advance, and the exposed connecting guard can be fixed. Position the electric wire to be fixed on the top of 13
Place the ends of the legs 6, 6 on the fixing holes 3, 3, and attach the upper part of the head 8.
You can easily, accurately, and powerfully attach it by hitting the button. In the case where only the connecting staple is unnecessary because the insulating staple A and the insulating staple C are separately provided as described above.

Furthermore, instead of using only a U-shaped insulating staple as shown in Fig. 9, one fastening bulge 1 or 11 can be used to drive its leg into this fastening hole 2, and the exposed part is L-shaped or rod-shaped.・
It has a wide range of applications if it can be fastened by driving nails or other shaped parts into it.
