より選ばれた、少なくとも1種類以上の窒化物、
炭化物を主体とする導電性セラミツク焼結体から
なる発熱体を埋設してなるセラミクヒータにおい
て、 前記発熱体の主発熱部分の断面積を、セラミツ
クヒータの断面積の1/10〜1/38とし、
且つ、発熱体の主発熱部分の断面積の総和はセラ
ミツクヒータの断面積の1/6以下としたことを
特徴とするセラミツクヒータ。 (2) 前記主発熱部分の中心から電気絶縁性セラ
ミツク焼結体表面までの最短距離をセラミツクヒ
ータの外径または厚さの0.15倍以上0.5倍
