炭化物を主体とする導電性セラミツク焼結体から
なる発熱体を埋設してなるセラミクヒータにおい
て、 前記発熱体の主発熱部分の断面積を、セラミツ
クヒータの断面積の1/104〜1/38とし、
且つ、発熱体の主発熱部分の断面積の総和はセラ
ミツクヒータの断面積の1/6以下としたことを
