施例を示す断面図である。
図中、１……窒化珪素質焼結体（電気絶縁性セ
ラミツク焼結体）、２……発熱体、２１……先端
側部（主発熱部分）、ｄ……セラミツク表面から
先端側部の中心までの最短距離、Ｇ……セラミツ
クヒータ。

Claims (1)
する電気絶縁性セラミツク焼結体中に、チタン、
ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、バナジウム、ニオブ
、タンタル、クロム、モリブデン、タングステン
より選ばれた、少なくとも１種類以上の窒化物、
炭化物を主体とする導電性セラミツク焼結体から
なる発熱体を埋設してなるセラミクヒータにおい
て、 前記発熱体の主発熱部分の断面積を、セラミツ
クヒータの断面積の１／１０４〜１／３８とし、
且つ、発熱体の主発熱部分の断面積の総和はセラ
ミツクヒータの断面積の１／６以下としたことを
特徴とするセラミツクヒータ。 (2) 前記主発熱部分の中心から電気絶縁性セラ
ミツク焼結体表面までの最短距離をセラミツクヒ
ータの外径または厚さの０．１５倍以上０．５倍
