規加入する通信装置は無効データを送信し、厩加入通信
装置の送信で衝突が発生し、構成情報を再構成するよう
に動作する。さらに、データを送信した場合に全通信装
置の構成情報中の送信相手の通信装置に関する受信フロ
ー制御情報を更新するように動作する。それらによって
、ネットワークに加入する全通信装置各々は、他の通信
装置の状態を常に把握できるようになるので、不必要な
通信が抑止できネットワークの有効利用を図ることがで
