[Prior Art] In general, signal cables installed along railroad tracks are laid so as to be exposed to the ground surface in order to facilitate maintenance and management. Therefore, the above-mentioned trough for laying the signal cable consists of a lid that can be opened and closed at its ground surface, that is, the upper part of the gutter that houses the signal cable, and the signal cable can be installed at any position by opening the lid located above the trough. It can be exposed by directly opening and closing.

Conventional cable laying troughs are configured so that the gutter cover can be opened and closed as described above to facilitate maintenance and management, but if someone maliciously intrudes onto the track, the signal cable The disadvantage was that it could not protect the These problems can be solved by laying signal cables directly buried, but this method not only makes it inconvenient to add or remove cables, but also leaves the cables susceptible to damage. There are drawbacks.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The cable laying trough of the present invention has groove-like recesses extending in the longitudinal direction of the gutter at both upper edges of the gutter, and inside these groove-like recesses, the upper end extends along the gutter's longitudinal direction. The proximal ends of the shaft members bent in the direction are respectively implanted, and the lids are interposed and connected between the first lids which are successively installed in units of several pieces, and each unit of these first lids. The second lid has a groove-like recess and a U-pin that can be engaged with the shaft member is provided hanging down on both sides of the lower surface of the first lid. A counterbore hole for screw tightening is provided at the corresponding position.
The second lid is provided with a screw member that is inserted into the counterbore and tightened, and the lower end of the screw member is provided with a hole into which the shaft member can be inserted.

In this invention, the first
The lid is installed over the gutter with the U-pin on the lower side engaged with the shaft member on the upper edge of the gutter, so the engaging part cannot be seen from the surface, and it is installed every few lids. The second lid is also installed over the gutter in a state where it is engaged with the shaft member via the screw member, and then the counterbore hole is filled with putty, etc., so that the attachment part can be hidden, making it difficult for intruders to see. However, it is possible to prevent the setting point from being discovered over the entire length of the trough. In addition, when opening the cover to install additional cables, etc., remove the putty from the counterbore hole and release the screw member.
After that, you can open the first lid of each unit by simply sliding the lids of adjacent units in the longitudinal direction one after another and releasing the U pin on the bottom side from the shaft member on the gutter side. Since it is possible to open the hole, there is no need for excavation work like in the direct burial method, and workability and economic efficiency can be maintained as before.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing the gutter and the first lid;
FIG. 2 is a front view showing the assembled state, and FIG. 3 is a side view thereof. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a groove-shaped gutter for accommodating a large number of connected signal cables (not shown), and protrusions 2a and 3a are provided on both side walls 2 and one end of the bottom wall 3, respectively, to protrude in the longitudinal direction of the gutter. The protrusions 2a and 3a on the other end
Notches 2b and 3b having the same shape as the groove are cut out, and these protrusions 2a and 3a and notches 2b and 3b constitute a joint between adjacent gutters. Further, the gutter 1 has groove-like recesses 4a extending in the longitudinal direction of the gutter on both upper edges 4 thereof, and inside these groove-like recesses 4a, an upper end 5a is bent in the longitudinal direction of the gutter. The proximal end portions 5b of the members 5 are respectively implanted. 6 is the surface facing the gutter 1, that is, the lower surface 6
The first lid is provided with U-pins 7 that can be engaged with the shaft member 5 hanging from both sides 6b of the lid, and the U-pins 7 have both ends 7a and 7b facing in opposite directions in the longitudinal direction of the lid. The first lid is bent and implanted into the first lid.

FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view showing the gutter and the second lid. In the figure, 8 is a gutter formed in the same manner as the gutter 1 described above, but the shaft member 5 installed in the groove-like recess 4a has an upper end 5a extending in a direction opposite to that described above. The direction is set. Reference numeral 9 indicates a second lid, and countersunk holes 9c for screw tightening are provided on both sides 9b of the upper surface 9a at positions corresponding to the groove-shaped recesses 4a of the gutter 8. A male thread 10a of a screw member 10 as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 is inserted through the bored hole 9c, and the screw member 10 is tightened and fixed by a nut 12 through a washer 11. The screw member 10 has a groove-like recess 4 of the gutter 8 at its lower end.
A prismatic portion 10b that can be fitted into the inside of the shaft member 5 is formed, and a hole 10c that can be fitted into the upper end 5a of the shaft member 5 is bored in the prismatic portion 10b so as to be perpendicular to the axial direction.

Next, a procedure for assembling the cable laying trough of the present invention constructed as described above will be explained with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9. First, several gutters 1 are arranged in series, and the gutters 8 are interposed and connected between each unit of these gutters 1. After storing a signal cable (not shown) in the groove formed by these gutters 1 and 8, 1st to
The lid 6 of the gutter 8 is installed in the same manner as described above, and then the gutter 8 is installed.
The prismatic portion 10b of the screw member 10 is inserted into the shaft member 5 in the groove-like recess 4a for positioning, and the male screw portion 10a of the screw member 10 is installed upward in the counterbore hole 9c of the second lid 9. The male threaded portion 10a is then tightened with the nut 12 through the washer 11 in the counterbore hole 9c to complete the threaded member 1.
0 to the shaft member 5, and the construction of the second lid 9 is completed. As a result, the first lid 6 is prevented from moving in the longitudinal direction by each second lid 9 arranged between these units, and at the same time all the lids 6 and 9 are connected to each gutter. 1 and 8 in a locked state. In addition, by filling the counterbore hole 9c with putty or the like and finishing it with mortar,
The setting point can be hidden, and opening the lid when adding cables becomes easier.

In the above embodiment, the upper end 5a of the shaft member 5 installed on the upper edge 4 of the gutter 8 is set in the opposite direction to that of the gutter 1, and the screw member 10 attached to the shaft member 5 is In this case, the screw member 10 is tightened with a nut 12 and fixed to the shaft member. Therefore, it is possible to sufficiently obtain the locked state of the second lid 9 by this alone, and it is not necessarily necessary to set the direction in which the shaft member of the gutter 8 extends in the opposite direction.
