込口体の位置の自由度が増し、床面や天井面など
水平方向および上下方向の広範囲にわたる掃除を
容易に効率良く行なうことができ、また、前述の
ようにホースは傾斜面と略直交する方向を回動軸
として回動するので、ホースの手許把持部を把持
して引張ることにより掃除機本体を移動させる際
に、その走行追従性が向上する。さらに、掃除機
本体内の集塵室形成壁に環状保持部を接続口体の
方へ突出させて設け、この接続口体に設けられた
パツキングの環状リツプを環状保持部の基部に径
方向内方から当接させたので、掃除中のホースに
