Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve reliability and durability by constituting a linear pulse motor having a retainer provided with ball bearings and rollers, rail plate provided with a V-type rail for said ball bearings to roll and claw parts scraping up grease in a bottom part of the V-type rail. CONSTITUTION:A stator 12 mounts a rail plate 7 carrying a retainer 1 which holds a moving piece 11. The moving piece 11 is continually attracted to the stator 12 by a permanent magnet provided in the inside of the stator 12, being movable by ball bearings 2 provided in the retainer 1. Claw parts 4 are provided before and after a part mounting the ball bearing 2. Further the retainer 1 mounts to its opposite side rollers 5 by every two through retainers 6.

時間使用すると第7図に示すように、グリース10が飛
散したり、あるいはレール板7のV型レール8の底部に
たまってしまうという欠点がある。時に、V型レール8
ではグリース10が底部にたまりやすく、始めはグリー
スの量が多いので問題ないが、長時間使用後グリースが
飛散して量が少なくなると、V型レール8とリテーナ1
