Abstract
Description
本発明は中通し釣竿とその製造法に関するものである。 The present invention relates to a threaded fishing rod and a method for manufacturing the same.
【従来の技術]
元竿の外部に取付けたリールの釣糸を釣竿内に挿通して
釣竿先端に誘導する中通し釣竿は、特開昭56−127
032号公報、特公昭51−6072号公報等で知られ
ている。
r発明が解決しようとする課題)
しかしながら従来の中通し釣竿は釣糸が釣竿内に挿通さ
れる部分において挿通孔によって摩耗して釣糸切断の原
因になったり、挿通孔部分の釣竿の強度が低下したりす
る欠陥があり、特に釣糸が釣竿内に円滑に挿通できるよ
うに釣竿と別体のガイ、ド等を設ける場合には強度の低
下は一層顕著になるばかりか釣竿の屈撓性も阻害される
等の欠陥がある。
これらの現状に鑑み1本発明はリールから釣糸を釣竿内
に円滑に案内誘導するガイドを釣竿と同材質で一体に形
成し、釣糸の摩耗の防止と釣竿の強度等の低下を防止す
るようにした中通し釣竿とその製造法□を提供すること
を目的とするものである。
【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は前記目的を達成するために、竿管の一側面を後
方に向け次第に高く傾斜するように一体に突出部を形成
し、該突出部の後端面に略前記傾斜方向に沿って釣糸挿
通孔を設けたものであり、前記釣糸挿通孔には硬質の案
内ガイドを嵌着するのが好適である。
また本発明の中通し釣竿を製造する方法としては、次第
に隆起傾斜する凸部形成型を芯金の一側面に基部に向け
分離自在に係止し、該芯金にプリプレグシートを捲着す
ると共に前記凸部形成型部分に補強部材を重合せしめた
後、プリプレグシート外部にテープを緊締縛着して熱硬
化処理し、次いで順次芯金の引抜き、凸部形成型の除去
及びテープ剥離を行い、更に形成された竿管の突出部後
端面に釣糸挿通孔を穿設するものである。
前記プリプレグシートは従来の釣竿の釣竿構成部材とし
て使用されているものを使用するものであり、また補強
部材としては前記プリプレグシート、繊維強化金属板等
の高強度高弾性材料で構成されるものを使用し、これを
凸部形成型部分の芯金を含む全周に重合捲回するか、凸
部形成型部分のみに重合する。
前記凸部形成型は、熱硬化処理後芯金を引き抜くことが
でき、かつ製造された釣竿素材から除去できるように芯
金に対して分離自在に係止するものであり、またプリプ
レグシートの捲着及び補強部材を重合した後の芯金の凸
部形成型の後部には凸部当て型を当てがい、その上面か
らテープを緊締捲着すると釣糸挿通孔部の形成を容易に

本発明の中通し釣竿は、リールからの釣糸が突出部の後
端面の釣糸挿通孔から突出部の内側を通って円滑に釣竿
内に誘導案内されると共にこの釣糸を案内する突出部が
釣竿と同材質で一体に形成され釣竿の強度や屈撓性が低
下しないように形成されている。
また本発明の中通し釣竿の製造法は、芯金に凸部形成型
を分離自在に係止すること、この芯金に釣竿を構成する
プリプレグシートの捲着と凸部形成型部分へ補強部材を
重合すること及びこのプリプレグシートの外部にテープ
を緊縛することにより、釣糸を案内誘導するための後方
に次第に高くなるように傾斜する突出部を釣竿と同材質
で一体に形成することができ、また芯金の引抜き及び凸
部形成型の除去も可能となる。
【実施例)
本発明の中通し釣竿を図面について説明すると、公知の
ように補強繊維に熱硬化性合成樹脂を含浸せしめたプリ
プレグシートを熱硬化して構成した釣竿1における元竿
2の外側にはリール3が固定装着されると共に元竿2の
リール3の前方には後方に向け次第に高くなるように傾
斜せしめた略同−肉厚の突出部4が一体に膨出形成され
、更に前記突出部4後端面には釣糸ガイド5を嵌着した
釣糸挿通孔6が略前記傾斜方向に沿って穿設されており
、リール3からの釣糸Aは釣糸挿通孔6から突出部4内
側を通って元竿2内に挿通され、釣竿1の先端に案内さ
れている。
次に本発明の中通し釣竿の製造すると、芯金7の上部に
前記突出部を形成する凸部形成型8を後方に移動しない
よう係止溝7′で分離自在に係止載置し、この芯金7と
凸部形成型8に釣竿構成用としての公知のプリプレグシ
ート9を1プライ宛1乃至数回捲着するか、連続して1
乃至数プライ捲着する。
しかして前記プリプレグシート9の捲着に際してはこれ
に先立って前記凸部形成型8の部分に薄い補強用プリプ
レグシート10を1プライ捲回してからプリプレグシー
ト9を捲回するか、前記プリプレグシート9に予め補強
用プリプレグシート10を1プライ分重合してから両者
を同時に捲着することもできる。
このようにプリプレグシート9を捲着した芯金7をロー
リング手段で芯金に密着せしめた後必要に応じて凸部当
て型11を凸部形成型8の後部に当てかいプリプレグシ
ート9と凸部当て型11の外部にテープを一部重合する
ように螺旋状に捲着して緊縛し、次いでこれを常法に従
い熱硬化処理する。
次に芯金7を引抜いた後形成された突出部4を叩くこと
により凸部形成型8を除去すると共にテープの剥離、表
面研磨、塗装等を施し管状体を形成し、更に前記突出部
4の後端面を略突出部の傾斜方向に向け釣糸挿通孔6を
穿設し、該釣糸挿通孔6には釣糸ガイド5を装着して釣
竿とするものである。
前記実施例は補強部材である補強用プリプレグシートを
凸部形成型部分の芯金を含む全周に捲回重合しているが
、凸部形成型部分だけに重合することもできる。
【発明の効果】
本発明の中通し釣竿は、リールからの釣糸を竿管内に滑
らかに誘導案内する突出部を釣竿と同材質で一体に形成
したので、釣竿の強度及び屈撓性の低下を防止できると
共に釣糸を円滑かつ確実に釣竿内に案内して釣糸の摩耗
を防止することができる。
また本発明の中通し釣竿の製造法は、芯金に凸部形成型
を分離自在に係止することにより釣糸構成部材のプリプ
レグシートによって釣糸を円滑に案内する突出部を釣竿
の製造と同時にこれと一体に形成することができ、強度
及び屈撓性の低下しない中通し釣竿を簡易に製造するこ
