[Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a fastening tape that has elasticity, and more specifically to a fastening tape that is stretchable, soft and firm, and is particularly effective as a fastening tape for disposable diapers. be. [Prior art] Conventional adhesive tapes are made of paper, film, nonwoven fabric,
Generally, a tape base material is a single material or a composite material such as cloth, and an adhesive is applied to the tape base material, and these tapes do not have elasticity. In addition, as a tape having elasticity, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 51-68345 and Japanese Utility Model Application No. 57-157209, there is a tape for disposable diapers in which an elastic ring or band-like elastic body is arranged in the center of the tape. Proposed. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, the conventional general tape base materials described above are not suitable for applications that require or are desirable to have elasticity, such as disposable diapers. do not have. Furthermore, in the tape fastener described in JP-A No. 51-68345, since the shape of the elastic body at the center of the tape is a ring that is easily deformed, during continuous production of the tape fastener, one end is This significantly impairs the workability of joining with the inelastic body and the workability of winding the tape, making it impossible to put it into practical use. Additionally, when used as a tape fastener, if force is applied from a direction other than the tape tensioning direction, the force will concentrate on the upper or lower end of the joint between the annular elastic body and the inelastic body, causing it to break. It is easy to attach and is not suitable as a fastening tape to moving parts. Further, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-157209 proposes a tape structure in which an inelastic body is bonded to the back surface of both ends of a band-shaped elastic body. However, in such a structure, the adhesive surface where the elastic and inelastic materials are bonded curls, so if you do not press the entire surface of the adhesive surface during use, sufficient adhesion will not occur. The area and thus the adhesive strength cannot be ensured, and the ease of use as a fastening tape is significantly impaired. Also, even if it seems that sufficient adhesive force is secured by pressing the entire surface, only the initial adhesive force is secured, and over time, the strength of the base material to which curls are being restored will increase. It easily peels off from the adherend due to force. In other words, adhesive tape that curls during use has poor creep properties.
Even at the upper temperature of 40°C during normal summer use and storage, the creep properties are extremely poor. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides an adhesive layer on at least one side of the same side of both ends of a tape base material having both inelastic ends and a central part made of a stretchable elastic body. By providing a fastening tape having stretchability, the both ends of which are constructed of a three-layer structure of an inelastic material, an elastic material, and an inelastic material, respectively. This problem was solved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The elastic fastening tape of the present invention having the above features will be described below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. [Example] Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the stretchable fastening tape of the present invention. and both inelastic end portions 4, 4, and adhesive layers 5, 5 are provided on one surface of the same side of both end portions 4, 4, respectively. Both end portions 4, 4 of the tape base material 1 each have a three-layer structure of an inelastic material, an elastic material, and an inelastic material. That is, in the case of the embodiment, the middle layer of the three-layer structure at each end portion 4 is formed by extending the elastic body 2 at the center portion 3, and each end portion is formed by extending the middle layer made of the elastic body. It is constructed by laminating front and back layers made of inelastic bodies 6 and 6 on both sides, respectively. The elastic body 2 deforms when stress is applied, but
It has a property called rubber elasticity, which recovers its shape when removed. For example, styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene (SEBS), styrene-
Made from styrene elastomers and their blends such as butadiene-styrene (SBS), styrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS), ethylene-propylene-diene olefin elastomers and their blends, or polyurethane elastomers. If necessary, inorganic or organic fillers, reinforcing agents, coloring agents, etc. may be used in combination. Further, the thickness of the elastic body 2 varies depending on the use of the fastening tape, but it is usually preferably 0.05 to 2.0 mm. Furthermore, the tensile modulus of the elastic body 2 differs depending on the application of the adhesive tape, but according to ASTM
When measured by a method according to D638, preferably 1 to 1000 Kg/cm 2 , more preferably 5 to 500 Kg/cm 2
The permanent elongation is preferably in accordance with JIS K6301-1975. However, JIS K6301-1975 4-4
- The tensile length in item 2 is preferably 60% or less, more preferably 40%, measured as 100% between the gauge lines.
% or less. Further, the 100% modulus in tape form is preferably 5 g or more, more preferably 50 g or more. In addition, the inelastic body 6 has both inelastic end portions 4 and 4 together with the portion of the elastic body 2 sandwiched between the inelastic bodies 6.
(3-layer structure of inelastic body-elastic body-inelastic body), both end portions 4, 4 require stronger stress for deformation than the central portion 3, and the tensile modulus of elasticity is Preferably, the tensile modulus of the central portion 3 is
The inelastic body 6 is formed so as to be 1.5 times or more, more preferably 3 times or more, and examples of the inelastic body 6 include polyethylene (PE) and modified polyethylene, polypropylene (PP) and modified polypropylene, Polyethylene, polypropylene copolymers, laminates (PE, PP), polyesters (PEs), etc. can be used. Inelastic body 6
Although the thickness of the adhesive tape varies depending on the use of the adhesive tape, it is usually preferably 0.01 to 0.5 mm. Further, the adhesive layers 5, 5 are usually formed by applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive or an adhesive onto both end portions 4, 4, but there are restrictions on the composition and forming method such as application. There isn't. In addition, the adhesive layers 5, 5 are attached to both ends 4, 4.
It can also be provided on both sides. Further, the surface of the tape base material 1 may be made of a smooth surface, or may be provided with wrinkles, for example, to prevent slipping during use, or may be coated with a release agent. The fastening tape of the present invention having the above-mentioned structure is not necessarily limited in its uses, but it is soft and stretchable, and does not easily cause abnormal deformations such as curling and waving when stretched and contracted, so it is easy to manufacture. Coupled with the process that can be adopted, it is ideal for applications such as tape fasteners for disposable diapers, temporary adhesion of sanitary products, and fixation of medical bandages. Although the stretchable tape of the present invention has been described based on an embodiment shown in the drawings, the stretchable fastening tape of the present invention is not limited to the above description. Next, the stretchable adhesive tape of the present invention and its effects will be described with reference to manufacturing examples and comparative manufacturing examples. Production Example 1 and Comparative Production Example 1 Using the molding equipment shown in Fig. 2, a pellet-like elastic body was produced using an extruder 10 (temperature on the hopper side: 160°C, temperature on the die side: 200°C) and a T-die 11 (at 200°C). The sheet 2 is made by melt extrusion, and a film-like non-woven material with a width of 40 mm is rolled from the unwinding rolls 12, 13 and 14, 15 so that the width of only the elastic body 2 in the central part 3 shown in FIG. 1 is 10 mm. The elastic bodies 6, 6, 6, 6 are supplied, crimped by rolls 16 and 17 (55°C), cooled by roll 18 (30°C), and then moved between B and B in Fig. 2. By cutting it to a width of 25 mm and cutting off 5 mm from each end, the width is 25 mm and the length is 80 mm (the length of the part that only includes the elastic body 2 in the central part 3 is 10 mm), and both ends are cut off by 5 mm. 4,4
An adhesive tape base material 1 (a product of the present invention) having a three-layer structure of an inelastic material 6, an elastic material 2, and an inelastic material 6 was obtained. On the other hand, for comparison, using the same equipment and the same raw materials, and supplying the inelastic bodies 6, 6 from the unwinding rolls 12, 13 or 14, 15, as shown in FIG.
Adhesive tape base material 20 with a two-layer structure in which inelastic bodies 6, 6 are laminated only on one side of both end portions 4, 4 (comparison product)
I got it. The amount of deformation (A) when both of the obtained tape base materials 1 and 20 were left at room temperature for 3 days, and the amount of deformation (A) when left at 10°C for 2 hours and 40°C for 2 hours were repeated 3 times. b), and both tape base materials 1 and 2.
An adhesion test was conducted on a stretchable adhesion tape made by applying a rubber adhesive 5, 5 to a thickness of 30 μm on the surfaces of inelastic bodies 6, 6 on the same side of the elastic material 6, 6. The results are shown in the table below. The amount of deformation is expressed by the measured value (mm) of the height h of one end in the width direction of the inelastic end 6 of the tape base material 1, 20 as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. or,
The adhesion property was determined by attaching one end of the adhesive tape, which has both elasticity, to the acrylic plate, applying a load of 1 kg to the other end, and leaving it at a temperature of 40°C, so that the adhesive tape separates from the acrylic plate. The time taken for the object to fall is also displayed.

As mentioned above, the stretchable fastening tape of the present invention is soft and stretchable, and does not easily cause abnormal deformation such as curling or waving when stretched. It can be produced very easily by extruding an elastic body composition using a stand extruder, and partially disposing inelastic films on the upper and lower surfaces of the melt-extruded elastic body and laminating them. In addition, the adhesion between the inelastic body and the elastic body on the attachment surface of the stretchable adhesive tape of the present invention is such that the adhesion between the elastic body and the inelastic body on both the upper and lower surfaces of the elastic body is Since it is only necessary to share the cost with other people, it is extremely high and stable. This not only contributes to the yield during production, but also expands the range of combinations of elastic and inelastic bodies. Furthermore, according to the stretchable adhesive tape of the present invention, it is possible to improve the coating conditions for the adhesive and release agent applied to the tape base material. In other words, a normal adhesive tape is coated with an adhesive or adhesive on one side of the adhesive surface base material, and a release agent is applied on the other side. However, the expansion, contraction, and deformation behavior during heating and cooling is often more pronounced for inelastic materials than for elastic materials, so the elastic adhesive tape of the present invention Thus, the permissible range of coating conditions can be expanded if both surfaces to be coated are covered with an inelastic material.
