When it comes to automobile lubricants and other oils in which the particle sizes of foreign substances and contaminants dispersed over a wide range are made up of a certain mesh, extremely fine particles are If the mesh is made small, the overefficiency will decrease and the life of the element will be shortened.

The cross-sectional shape of the groove is arbitrary, as long as a passage for oil or the like is formed from the outer circumferential direction to the punched hole 3 when stacked. 5 is the material, and the dimensions and shape are the 4th.
As shown in the figure, it is the same as the plate-shaped body 1, and the hole 6 in the center also coincides with the hole 2 of the plate-shaped body when overlapped. 1' is a plate-shaped body, which is the same as plate-shaped body 1 except that the position of the communication groove 4' is formed to connect the hole 3' and the hole 2' in the center as shown in FIG. It is. Further, 5' is a material, which may be the same as the above-mentioned material, or may have the same dimensions and shape but different densities, for example, 5 may be coarse and 5' may be dense. Each of these members is made into one unit structure in the order 1-5-1'-5' as shown in FIG. 5, and this is repeatedly laminated to form the laminated filter element main body E. FIG. 6 is a sectional view showing such a filter element E loaded into the casing 7, and 8 and 9 are upper and lower holding plates, which are integrally bonded and laminated. Reference numeral 10 denotes an oil inlet; the oil that enters the casing from here enters from the outer periphery of the filter element E, is filtered, and passes through the central hole to the upper outlet 11.

Since the present invention is configured in this way, the first
As shown in the figure, oil from the outer periphery enters the laminated body through the communication groove 4, passes through the path shown by the arrow, and passes from the communication groove 4' through the passage formed by the holes 2 and 2' in the center. Exit to the outlet. Therefore, each space formed by the punched holes 3 becomes a residue reservoir, so that the overall oil flow rate is naturally adjusted and the overefficiency is improved. Also, the density of material 4 is 4'
By making it coarser and further containing a deoxidizing agent therein, sufficient contact with the antioxidant can be obtained and deterioration due to oxidation can be prevented.
