Claims (1)
- 装置内部の圧力層は丸型の筒状であつて、その
内部に油、空気、その他を注入し、片方を固定の
圧力隔壁、もう一方を駆動式の圧力隔壁で仕切り
、固定圧力隔壁と駆動圧力隔壁との間に圧力調整
弁を挿入し、駆動圧力隔壁部に付属している品物
に衝撃を与える事無く動かす圧力隔壁駆動装置。
