トに連通するクツシヨン穴に嵌入することによつ
てクツシヨン室内の空気が閉じ込められるように
構成された空気圧シリンダのクツシヨン装置にお
いて、 前記クツシヨン室と前記クツシヨン穴との間に
形成されるクツシヨン流路に、パイロツト作動型
のリリーフ弁が設けられてなることを特徴とする
空気圧シリンダのクツシヨン装置。
