プの天蓋部の内面に、それを前記首部に螺入させ
たときに、前記吐出口閉塞部を破損させて吐出口
を穿孔するための先端が尖つた突起を設けると共
に、前記首部にスペーサリングを着脱可能に嵌合
させるようになし、該スペーサリングを嵌合させ
た状態で前記キヤツプを該首部に螺合したときに
は、前記突起が前記吐出口閉塞部に対して非接触
状態に保持させるようにしたことを特徴とする流
