所要の看護作業指示データを自動生成する看護行為展開
処理方式を目的とし、
各患者についての診断結果を示す所定の診断コード、及
び必要な病状情報によって分類されて、看護行為を指示
する情報を保持する標準看護１画マスタと、医療処置の
指示を示す所定の指示コードによって分類されて、看護
行為を指示する情報を保持する指示事項展開マスタとを
設け、所定の指定入力に従って、該診断コード及び必要
な病状情報によって該標準看護計画マスタから検索する
看護行為指示情報と、該指示コードによって該指示事項
展開マスタから検索する看護行為指示情報とを併合して
、時系列に展開することにより、指定の患者について看
