ンデンサ７ａ，７ｂと、これらコンデンサの接続
を切換える切換スイツチ９と、加熱時間を制御す
るタイマ装置１２と、このタイマ装置に接続し前
記電源周波数の変化にかかわらず、前記タイマ装
置が一定時間で作動するように、前記タイマ装置
の作動を切換える切換スイツチ１２ｂとをそれぞ
