As a conventional spline type power transmission mechanism, for example, one having the configuration shown in FIG. 3 is used. That is, the spline boss gear 1 having the toothed portion 14 on the outer periphery has the bearing 7 equipped with the oil seal 6,
The spline shaft 2 is supported horizontally by a bearing 8, and the spline shaft 2 is supported horizontally by a spline boss gear 1 and a bearing (not shown), and has oil reservoirs 9, 10, 11 as a lubricating oil chamber and a lubricating oil supply port 12. ,
It is disposed in a case 13 having a lubricating oil outlet (not shown), and the spline engagement portion is positioned in the oil flow path from the oil sump 9 to the oil sump 10. The lubricating oil supply port 12 and the lubricating oil outlet are connected via a lubricating oil pump (not shown) linked to the rotation of the spline mechanism, so that the lubricating oil can be circulated.

However, the lubricating oil outlet communicating with the oil reservoirs 10 and 11 is designed such that the oil level surface of the oil reservoirs 10 and 11 is lower than the bottom 1' of the tooth surface at the lowest position (lower in the figure) of the spline boss gear 1. Since the lubricating oil supply port 12 is provided in the oil reservoir 9
The lubricating oil supplied directly or in the form of droplets lubricates the meshing parts of the splines and then flows down to the oil reservoirs 10, 11, and the bearings 8, 7,
It lubricates the tooth portion 14 and flows out. Therefore, when the rotation of the spline mechanism stops, the supply of lubricating oil stops, and the level of the lubricating oil in the oil reservoir 9 becomes equal to the height of the bottom 1' of the tooth surface at the lowest position of the spline boss gear 1. Until then, the lubricating oil has flowed into the oil reservoirs 10 and 11, resulting in a state in which there is no lubricating oil in the meshing parts of the splines.

Therefore, when the spline mechanism is rotated again, the supply of lubricant from the lubricant oil supply port 12 may be delayed, and even when the spline mechanism is rotating, the amount of lubricant flowing from the meshing portion may be delayed. If the amount of lubricating oil is insufficient when the amount is greater than the amount of inflow,
There was a problem in that the meshing parts wore out due to poor lubrication.

The present invention solves these conventional problems and provides a lubricating device that can reliably lubricate the meshing part of the spline without causing a lack of lubricant at the meshing part of the spline boss gear and the spline shaft. This is the purpose.

The present invention is a lubricating device for a spline power transmission mechanism that includes a spline boss gear with teeth on the outer periphery and a spline portion on the inner periphery, which is supported by a bearing, a spline shaft meshed with the spline portion, and an oil reservoir. An oil storage part is provided adjacent to the spline part on the inner circumference of the spline boss gear, a weir wall having an opening is provided on the outlet side of the oil storage part, and the height of the lower end surface of the opening is set to be equal to the height of the lower end surface of the spline boss gear. This is a lubricating device for a power transmission mechanism, characterized in that the lubricating device is arranged so as to be higher than the height of a spline tooth surface.

An example of the present invention will be explained using FIG. 1.
A spline boss gear 1 having a tooth portion 14 on the outer periphery and a spline portion 14 1 on the inner periphery is supported by bearings 7 and 8, and a spline shaft 2 is attached to the spline portion 14 1 .
In the lubricating device for a spline power transmission mechanism, which is provided with oil reservoirs 9, 10, and 11, the spline portion 14 on the inner circumference of the spline boss gear 1 is in mesh with the spline boss gear 1.
An oil storage section 3 is provided adjacent to the oil storage section 1 , and a weir wall 5 having an opening 4 is provided on the outlet side of the oil storage section 3.
The height of the lower end surface 4' of the spline boss gear 1 is higher than the height of the spline tooth surface portion of the spline boss gear 1.

Therefore, the oil level in the oil reservoir 10 and the pocket 15 of the oil reservoir 3 is maintained higher than the bottom 1' of the tooth surface of the spline boss gear 1 located at the lowest position, both during operation and during stoppage. Therefore, it is possible to always lubricate the spline engagement part.

The greater the difference in height between the lower end surface 4' of the opening 4 and the bottom 1' of the lowest tooth surface of the spline boss gear 1, the more complete the lubricating oil will be on the meshing part, and the spline It becomes possible to maintain the lubricating effect even when the surface is inclined.

The present invention provides an oil reservoir adjacent to the spline portion on the inner periphery of the spline boss gear, provides a weir wall with an opening on the outlet side of the oil reservoir, and sets the height of the lower end surface of the opening to the spline boss gear. By placing it higher than the height of the spline tooth surface,
Since the bottom of the tooth surface at the lowest position of the spline boss is constantly immersed in lubricating oil, there is no longer a lack of lubricating oil in the meshing area, which reduces wear on the meshing area, extending service life and improving quality. In addition, effects such as a reduction in the process of adding grease for initial lubrication and an extension of the period for exchanging lubricating oil can be obtained, and a lubrication form with a simple structure and low cost can be obtained.
