BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY Sensory acoustic vibration devices not only have the effect of an acoustic device such as a speaker that transmits musical sound through air propagation, but also convert bass sounds in the range below the audible range into mechanical vibrations of parts that come in contact with the human body using a transducer. The aim is to give listeners a rich sense of reality by allowing them to experience this directly.

As shown in the figure, rectangular diaphragms 2 and 3 are housed within a seat portion 1a and a backrest portion 1b of a chair 1, respectively. Vibrators 4 and 5 are fitted into each of the diaphragms 2 and 3, respectively, for causing the diaphragms to vibrate in accordance with, for example, a low frequency electric signal. Vibrator 4 and 5
For example, the voice coil side is fixed, and the magnetic circuit serving as the driver unit moves back and forth in response to a low-frequency electric signal. Further, the surface of each diaphragm is covered with a cushion material 6 so that the diaphragms 2 and 3 do not come into direct contact with the listener's body. Each vibrating body 4 and 5 is driven by a power amplifier 9 built into a control box 8. Also provided within the control box 8 is a power amplifier 11 for driving a speaker 10 disposed in front of the chair 1, for example. The power amplifier 11 is directly supplied with an audio signal output from a signal source 12. This signal source 1
The audio signal output from 2 is volume 1
3 is also supplied to another resistor whose one end is grounded. A signal led out to a slider on the resistor of the volume 13 is supplied to the power amplifier 9 via a low-pass filter 14.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 3, the level of sensitivity to vibrations, etc. of each part of the human body is not constant. Therefore, as described above, when each part of the human body is vibrated at the same level, a difference in sensitivity occurs between each part of the human body. Further, although the vibrating bodies 4 and 5 have certain frequency characteristics, these do not necessarily match the vibration iso-sensitivity curves for frequencies of each part of the human body shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. In the above-mentioned body-sensing acoustic vibration device, since the vibration sensation was experienced under such conditions, there was a problem in that it was not possible to obtain a wide and natural vibration sensation.

As shown in the figure, a plurality of rectangular diaphragms 22 made of a lightweight, rigid, and load-bearing material such as polypropylene are housed inside the seat 21a and backrest 21b of the chair 21. .
Each of the nine diaphragms 22 is arranged in a predetermined direction, in this case, along the midline of the chair 1, in two rows on the left and right, nine each, close to each other, so that they can vibrate independently of each other. A vibrating body 24 is fixed to each diaphragm 22 to vibrate each diaphragm in accordance with, for example, a low frequency electric signal. These vibrating bodies 24
is fitted into an opening formed in the main surface of the diaphragm 22. The vibrating body 24 is configured such that, for example, the voice coil is fixed, and a magnetic circuit serving as a driver unit reciprocates in response to a low-frequency electric signal. It should be noted that each diaphragm 22, together with the vibrating body 24, is attached to a frame or the like provided in the chair 21 via two insulators 25. Further, the surface of each diaphragm 22 is covered with a cushion material 26 so as not to come into direct contact with the human body.

As shown in FIG. 7, each vibrating body 24 is connected to a signal source 27 via a low-pass filter 28, a power amplifier 9, and a master volume 30. These low-pass filters 28 and power amplifiers 29
is built into the control box 31.
In addition, knob 3 for master volume 30
0a is provided in the control box 31. Also provided within the control box 31 is a power amplifier 33 that drives a speaker 32 placed in front of the chair 21 or the like. The audio signal output from the signal source 27 is directly supplied to the power amplifier 33. A volume 34, a filter 35, and a power amplifier 36 are provided between each vibrating body 24 and the master volume 30 for each vibrating body.

The volume 34 is separated by a low-pass filter 28 and a power amplifier 29, and is supplied to each vibrating body 24 via a master volume 30, so that the low-frequency electric signal is brought into contact with the vibration level of each vibrating body. This is for adjusting the vibration sensitivity level of the human body part to match. By making the vibration level of each vibrating body 24 match the vibration sensitivity level of the human body parts with which they come into contact, there is no difference in vibration sensation in each part of the human body, and the sensation level is almost equal in each part of the human body. This results in vibrations of

While the volume 34 adjusts the vibration level, the filter 35 adjusts the frequency characteristics of each vibrating body 24 and the vibration iso-sensitivity curve of the human body part that comes into contact with each vibrating body (see Figures 4 and 5). It has the effect of matching the By matching the frequency characteristics of each vibrating body 24 with the vibration iso-sensitivity curve, a substantially flat frequency characteristic can be obtained intuitively.

In this embodiment, there are 18 diaphragms 22,
Similarly, 18 vibrating bodies 24 are provided, but the number is not limited to this. Further, the diaphragm 22 and the vibration 24 are connected to the frame of the chair 1, etc. by the insulator 2.
5, the diaphragm 22 and the vibrating body 24 may be supported by being surrounded by a cushion material 26, respectively, without using an insulator. In addition, although the vibration level and frequency characteristics of each vibrating body 24 are adjusted using the volume 34, filter 35, etc., it is of course possible to perform the adjustment by using other electrical components similar to these. In particular, the characteristics of each vibrating body 24 itself may be made to match the vibration sensitivity level and vibration sensitivity curve of each part of the human body.

Effects As detailed above, in the sensory acoustic vibration device according to the present invention, at least two diaphragms are arranged in close proximity to each other along, for example, the midline of the listener's body and can vibrate independently of each other. and a vibrating body that vibrates each diaphragm in accordance with an electric signal are provided, and the vibration mode of each vibrating body, that is, the vibration level and frequency characteristics can be adjusted independently. By doing this, it is possible to substantially match the vibration level and frequency characteristics of each vibrating body with the vibration sensitivity level and vibration sensitivity curve of the human body parts that come into contact with each vibrating body. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a wide and natural vibration sensation.
