[Detailed description of the invention] (a) Industrial application field The present invention relates to a mounting device for an antenna holder that supports an antenna installed in a tuner, and particularly an antenna holder suitable for use in a tuner whose casing is made of a metal plate. relating to an attachment device. (b) Prior Art Generally, a tuner of a stereo device is provided with a loop antenna for receiving FM. As shown in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 60-43006, the loop antenna is normally attached to and held by an antenna holder attached to a rear panel constituting the back surface of the tuner housing. (c) Problems that the invention aims to solve By the way, when attaching an antenna holder to the rear panel of a tuner, if the rear panel is made of synthetic resin, the antenna holder can be integrally molded with the rear panel. A lead wire hole is provided in the rear panel for pulling out the lead wire connecting the antenna and the tuner's internal circuit from the inside of the housing, and the lead wire does not enter into the housing or connect the lead wire and the tuner's internal circuit. A lead wire pressing member made of rubber or synthetic resin material and gripping the lead wire may be provided so that the lead wire is held in the lead wire hole so that the soldered portion of the lead wire does not come off. However, if the rear panel is a tuner made of a thin metal plate, in addition to the lead wire hole and lead wire pressure contact member as described above, the antenna holder is made of synthetic resin and has attachment means such as protrusions on both sides. It is necessary to attach the antenna holder by pushing the antenna holder into a through-hole made of material etc. and made in advance in the rear panel of the tuner, and engaging the attachment means with the through-hole. The work was bothersome. In view of the above-mentioned points, the present invention aims to provide an antenna holder mounting device that is easy to install. (d) Means for solving the problem The antenna holder mounting device according to the present invention is
a main body provided with a support part that supports an antenna;
The antenna holder is configured to be separated from an auxiliary body that can be engaged with the main body, and the auxiliary body is engaged with the main body with a lead wire connecting the antenna and the tuner circuit interposed therebetween. The main body and the auxiliary body are each provided with a protrusion that is engaged with the through hole of the panel when the auxiliary body is engaged with the main body. (E) Effect The present invention is such that the antenna holder is separated into a main body and an auxiliary body so that the lead wire is sandwiched between the main body and the auxiliary body, and a projection is provided on each of the main body and the auxiliary body, and the antenna holder is separated into a main body and an auxiliary body. When the auxiliary body is engaged with the main body, the antenna holder is installed without wobbling due to the plasticity of the lead wire so as to be locked in the through hole of the panel, and the lead wire is held at the same time when the antenna holder is installed. It was made in a similar manner. (F) Embodiment Figure 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a through hole provided in a rear panel 2 that constitutes the back side of the chassis of the tuner, and 3 is composed of a main body 4 and an auxiliary body 5 . This is an antenna holder in which the main body 4 and the auxiliary body 5 are integrally molded from a synthetic resin material and are connected by a connecting member 6. The main body 4 of the antenna holder 3 has a hollow cylindrical support part 7 for supporting the loop antenna on the front surface, and a rectangular parallelepiped mounting part 8 on the back surface that is inserted into the through hole 2 and has a projection 8a on the top surface. is formed, and a rectangular notch 9 is formed below. Guide ribs 9a are formed on both sides of the notch 9. The auxiliary body 5 of the antenna holder 3 has a shape in which a rectangular flat plate part 10 and a U-shaped part 11 are joined, and the joined part has the cutout part 9.
The gap 1 is approximately the same distance as the thickness of the guide rib 9a.
2 is formed. Then, U of the auxiliary body 5
A sawtooth-shaped pressing portion 11a is formed on the inner surface of the character portion 11, and a protrusion 11 is formed on the back surface on which the pressing portion 11a is formed. In the antenna holder mounting apparatus constructed in this way, the procedure for mounting the antenna holder 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2A to 2C, which are side views. First, a lead wire 14 for connecting the antenna 13 and the tuner's internal circuit (not shown) is passed through the through hole 1 of the rear panel 2, and the lead wire 14 is inserted inside the U-shaped portion 11 of the auxiliary body 5 . The auxiliary body 5 is inserted into the notch 9 of the main body 4 in a state where the auxiliary body 5 is placed in the position shown in FIG. At this time, the guide ribs 9a on both sides of the notch 9 are inserted into the gap 12 formed at the joint between the flat plate part 10 and the U-shaped part 11 of the auxiliary body 5 , and the lead wire 14 is It is made to be sandwiched between the pressing part 11a and the upper end of the notch part 9. When the auxiliary body 5 is inserted into the notch 9 so that the lead wire 14 comes into contact with the pressing part 11a of the auxiliary body 5 and the upper end of the notch 9, the arrow A in the figure
Applying force in this direction, the main body 4 and the auxiliary body 5 are simultaneously inserted into the through hole 1 from the front side of the rear panel 2. In that case, when the attachment part 8 of the main body 4 and the U-shaped part 11 of the auxiliary body 5 are slightly inserted into the through hole 1, as shown in FIG. The protrusions 11b formed on the U-shaped portion 11 come into contact with the upper and lower ends of the rear panel 2 where the through hole 1 is formed, respectively, and further press the main body 4 and the auxiliary body 5 in the direction of arrow A. Here, the lead wire 14 has a plurality of core wires usually made of copper covered with a coating made of a stretchable resin material such as vinyl chloride, so that the main body 4 and the auxiliary body 5 are further moved in the direction of arrow A. The thickness of the lead wire 14 is reduced by pressing. That is, when the main body 4 and the auxiliary body 5 are pressed in the direction of the arrow A, the slopes formed on the protrusion 8a of the mounting portion 8 and the protrusion 11b of the U-shaped portion 11 move in the direction of arrows B and C in the figure.
This is because, since the force in the direction is generated, the clamping force between the upper end of the cutout portion 9 of the main body 4 and the pressing portion 11a of the auxiliary body 5 becomes even stronger, and the lead wire 14 is deformed into a flat shape. Further, at this time, the auxiliary body 5 is curved in the direction of arrow C due to the elasticity of the synthetic resin material. Then, by further pressing in the direction of arrow A, the protrusion 8a of the attachment part 8 and the protrusion 1 of the U-shaped part 11 are removed.
When the highest part of the lead wire 1b passes through the through hole 1 and exceeds the position of the rear panel 2, the clamping force between the upper end of the cutout part 9 and the pressing part 11a weakens, so the lead wire 14 is slightly loosened due to the restoring force. The auxiliary body 5 returns to its original shape due to the restoring force, as shown in FIG. 2C and FIG. 3, which is a perspective view thereof.
Attachment of the antenna holder 3 to the rear panel 2 is completed. At this time, the antenna holder 3
The base part of the main body 4 whose upper part is the part between the support part 7 and the attachment part 8 and the protrusion 11 of the attachment part 5
b, the lower part is the base part, the flat plate part 10 of the auxiliary body 5 , and the protrusion 11 of the U-shaped part 11 of the auxiliary body 5.
Since rear panel 2 is sandwiched between b and
The loop antenna 13 is sufficiently firmly fixed against the forces applied when inserting and removing the loop antenna 13 into and from the support portion 7 of the antenna holder 3 , that is, the forces in the directions of arrows D and E in FIG. 2C. Further, the lead wire 14 is connected to the upper end of the notch 9 of the main body 4 and to the auxiliary body 5.
The pressing part 11a has a sawtooth shape at the part where it comes into contact with the lead wire 14, so the lead wire 14 is held at that part. . (g) Effects of the invention As described above, according to the invention, an antenna holder mounting device is provided which is easy to install and can hold the lead wire at the same time by attaching the antenna holder to the panel constituting the casing of the tuner. can be provided.
