(Prior art) Conventionally, when attaching a member such as a heat insulating material to a base material such as a wall material or ceiling material, an adhesive is applied to at least one of the member to be attached or the base material and the adhesive is bonded together. A method of attaching the attached member to the base material by driving a metal pin into the base material was used.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, in the method using adhesive, it takes a long time for the adhesive to harden, resulting in a huge waste of time.
There was a problem in that the parts to be attached would fall due to deterioration of the adhesive. In addition, with the method of using metal pins, it is necessary to prepare pins of various lengths depending on the thickness of the member to be attached, and heat is conducted through the pin itself, reducing the insulation effect of the insulation material. There was a problem that it was easy to rust or rust.

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a receiving member, which is molded from a synthetic resin with low thermal conductivity. As this synthetic resin, particularly impact-resistant polypropylene is preferably used. In the receiving member 1, a shaft portion 12 is provided on one side of a collar plate 11 having an appropriate shape such as a circle or a rectangle, and a cylindrical portion 13 is provided on the other side of the collar plate 11 at substantially right angles to the collar plate 11. The shaft portion 12 has a locking portion 14 on its outer periphery that can be frictionally coupled to a mounting hole 31 of the base material 3, which will be described later. The locking part 14 is shown in FIG.
It is formed by a large number of annular protrusions as shown in Figure A.
Furthermore, if the shaft portion 12 is provided with a groove 15 in the length direction, when the shaft portion 12 is pushed into the mounting hole 31 of the base material 3, the groove 15 prevents air and chips in the mounting hole 31. This is preferable because it serves as a discharge port and allows the operation of pushing the shaft portion 12 to be carried out smoothly. The cylindrical portion 13 has a plurality of claw portions 16, 16, . . . protruding from the inner surface thereof along the length direction. The claws 16, 16, . . . are normally arranged so as to divide the inner periphery of the cylindrical portion 13 almost equally, and are preferably arranged so as to divide the inner periphery into four equal parts, for example, as shown in FIG. 3B. Moreover, the claw portion 16 may be provided to protrude continuously in the length direction of the cylindrical portion 13, or may be provided to protrude discontinuously.

Reference numeral 2 denotes a holding member, which is molded from the same synthetic resin as the receiving member 1. The holding member 2 has a head 2 having a larger diameter than the shaft 21 at one end of the shaft 21 having a predetermined length.
2 are integrated. The outer diameter of the shaft portion 21 is approximately equal to or slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 13 of the receiving member 1. The head 22 may be a circular, rectangular or other appropriately shaped plate, or may be an arm extending radially from the shaft 21, and is sized to hold down the upper surface of the attached member 4, which will be described later. Next, in order to attach a member 4 to be attached such as a heat insulating material to a base material 3 such as a wall material or a ceiling material using the mounting tool of the present invention, first, the mounting hole 3 is formed in each of the base material 3 and the member to be attached 4.
1,41 is drilled. Push the shaft part 12 of the receiving member 1 into the mounting hole 31 of the base material 3 and attach the locking part 14 to the mounting hole 31
At the same time, the flange plate 11 is brought into contact with the outer surface of the base material 3. Next, the attachment hole 41 of the attachment target member 4 is pressed against the base material 3.

(Effects of the invention) As detailed above, since the mounting of the present invention is composed of a receiving member and a holding member made of synthetic resin, it takes a long time for the adhesive to harden, unlike when using conventional adhesives. It is possible to improve workability and installation stability without requiring time or making the installation state unstable due to deterioration of the adhesive. Furthermore, compared to conventional metal pins, the heat insulating effect of the heat insulating material is not reduced, and there is no possibility of rusting.

In addition, the receiving member has a shaft portion on one side of the flange plate having a locking portion formed by a large number of protrusions on the outer periphery, and a plurality of claw portions along the length direction on the inner surface on the other side of the flange plate. The protruding cylindrical parts are each provided at almost right angles to the flange plate, so when the shank of the receiving member is placed into the mounting hole drilled in the base material such as wall material or ceiling material, the flange plate is attached to the base material. By simply pushing the receiving member until it contacts the outer surface of the base material, the pushing depth of the receiving member becomes constant, and the locking part of the shaft is frictionally coupled with the hole wall of the mounting hole, making it easy to attach the receiving member to the base material. can.

Further, the holding member has a head having a larger diameter than the shaft at one end of the shaft having a predetermined length, and the shaft of the holding member is attached to the cylindrical portion of the receiving member through an attached member such as a heat insulating material. Since it is pushed in and frictionally connected by the claws on the inner surface of the cylindrical part, the presser member can be easily attached by simply pushing it in by hand, and it is also possible to attach the presser member by hand. Even if the thickness of the member to be attached changes, it can be easily accommodated by adjusting the degree to which the shaft of the holding member is pushed into the cylindrical part.
There is no need to prepare various shaft parts with different lengths, and the head of the holding member covers the cylindrical part of the receiving member, so that the cylindrical part does not come into contact with the eyes, resulting in a good appearance.
