Abstract

PURPOSE:To recover a continuous taper marker completely at the time of packaging paper sheets which are put together by feeding the tape marker every time the paper sheets are put together in a predetermined number. CONSTITUTION:Every time a predetermined number of paper sheets 1 cut from a roll in a predetermined size are put together, a continuous tape marker 2 is fed in order. Next, if a containing part of a container part 5 is filled with the paper sheets 1, the end of the taper marker 2 is cut by a cutter. If these are taken out of the container part 5, the tape marker 2 is kept inserted between the paper sheets 1 continuously. For combining and packaging the paper sheets 1 in the predetermined number, the taper marker 2 inserted between the paper sheets for each unit of the predetermined number is pulled off from the top in order, while the paper sheets 1 are put on a packaging paper, and they are packaged. Because the tape marker 2 is continuous, not cut off, at this time, the tape marker 2 can be recovered completely without being mixed in the paper sheets 1.

(Prior art) The conventional method of displaying the number of sheets using a tape marker is to display 500 sheets or 1 sheet of paper cut into a predetermined size from a roll paper.
The tape marker is sent out in units of 00 sheets, etc., and cut each time. In this method, the tape marker is inserted into the paper and the paper is overlapped by ui, as shown in FIG. For this reason, generally, when stacking and packing a required number of sheets, an operator places the required number of sheets on packing paper (not shown) using the tape marker as a guide. At this time, the tape marker inserted into the paper was removed, and the paper was then packed.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in this case, the tape markers tend to get mixed up in the packed paper, and the current situation is that it is difficult to completely recover the tape markers even if strict precautions are taken. Therefore, if you print using paper packed with tape markers left unrecovered, the tape markers will adhere to the plate surface of the rotary press, resulting in printing defects where the attached part is not printed, or the plate may be damaged. Accidents that caused damage were likely to occur, and in some cases, there was a problem with compensation.

After the paper (1) is fully stored inside the container part (5), cut only the final end of the tape marker (2) by hand or with a cutter, and take it out from the container part (5). As shown in Figure 2, the tape marker (2) is attached to the paper (1).

The tape marker (2) at this time is not cut continuously, so there is no risk of the tape marker (2) getting mixed into the paper (1).

(Example) FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing a state in which a tape marker is sent out and inserted into paper. Based on this, the present invention will be explained in detail. First, 1. When the required number of sheets (1) cut to size is stacked in the container part (5), for example, 500 sheets or 100 sheets, the tape marker (2) moves to the tape feed roll (3).
and a pinch roll (4), the sheet is fed by a certain length onto the sheet (1). After that, the above number of sheets of paper (1) is further placed on top of the sent out tape marker (2).
Then, the tape marker (2) is sandwiched between the sheets of paper (1) and its end forms a loop so that the continuous zero-order tape marker (2) is again moved between the tape feed roll (3) and the pinch roll (4). ), the tape marker (2) is sent out for a certain length onto the paper (1) and the above process is repeated. In other words, when this paper (1) is stacked in units of the number of sheets, the tape marker (2) is also sent out in sequence. As a result, the storage section of the container part (5) becomes full with paper (1).

After the container is full, cut the final end of the tape marker (2) by hand or with a cutter, and remove the 81-fold paper (
When the tape marker (2) is taken out, the tape marker (2) is inserted between the sheets (1) in units of 500 or 100 sheets without being cut. The tape feed roll (3) is driven by the power from the step motor (6), and the tape feed roll (7) is used to drive the rolled tape marker (

(Effects of the Invention) In this way, when the sheets (1) are stacked in units of the required number of sheets, the continuous tape marker (2) is sent out and sandwiched between the sheets (1) without being cut. Since the tape markers (2) are continuous when stacking and packing the required number of sheets of paper, there is no need to collect each tape marker (2) like in the past, and it is also easier than the conventional Even if you do not have to concentrate your attention on such sensitive cases of omission of recovery, there is no fear of omission of recovery of the tape marker (2). Therefore, the efficiency of packing paper (1) is greatly improved, and tape markers (2
) adhesion, which conventionally occurred due to printing defects and damage to the plate, will no longer occur, and there will also be no need to worry about compensation issues due to such accidents.
