合した真空容器の内部に、接離自在とした一対の
接点を配設した真空バルブにおいて、前記穴の周
囲に内径が前記排気パイプの外径に略等しい溝を
設け、この溝に挿入できかつ前記排気パイプの外
周との間に適正なろう付ギヤツプを保つことがで
きるように形成した円筒状部材を、前記排気パイ
プに外挿して一例を前記端板に設けた溝に係合さ
せ、前記端板、前記円筒状部材および前記排気パ
イプをろう付で一体に接合するようにしたことを
