More specifically, the present invention provides a bag suitable for filling fishing bait that needs to be stored frozen, which absorbs free water (drip water) that seeps out from the bait when the frozen fishing bait is thawed. This relates to a fishing bait bag capable of holding bait in a suitable state.

It is common for the whole bag to be frozen before being distributed, preserved, or sold.

Drip water) often seeps out and deteriorates the food in the bag. In other words, the bait becomes watery, its strength decreases, it loses its shape, and the bait does not hold well, making it impossible to use relatively expensive bait properly.

Although such a cut sheet encapsulation has some effect in terms of absorbing free water, it cannot be said to be completely satisfactory. Conventional fishing bait bags, for example, often contain a large amount of water-absorbing material and are extremely bulky, since the water-absorbing material used does not have sufficient water-absorbing ability.

It was often done.

The present invention aims to provide a fishing bait bag in which the above-mentioned problems are solved by heat-sealing this highly water-absorbent sheet and integrating it in advance.

It is characterized in that a water absorbent sheet made of a molecular complex is fixed to the inner surface of a thermoplastic film bag material by heat sealing.

The water-absorbing sheet used is a composite of a non-woven fabric base and a polymeric resin, so it has superior water-absorbing ability compared to conventional cut sheet materials such as paper, cloth, and non-woven fabric. Even if there is a large amount of free water (drip water), it can quickly absorb water. Therefore, the effect of preventing food deterioration is great.

Therefore, the subsequent filling operation of food can be carried out casually or automatically by a machine. Furthermore, when the water-absorbing sheet is provided only on one side of the bait bag, the entirety of the bait (product) can be visually confirmed from the outside, so the product image (value) will not be degraded. In addition, the water-absorbent sheet itself can be manufactured and processed as a continuous roll sheet, and it can be layered with a thermoplastic film roll sheet and continuously heat-sealed and bag-formed, resulting in significant cost reductions. becomes possible. Furthermore, since the water-absorbing sheet is directly attached to the thermoplastic film used as the bag material by heat sealing, an additional effect is obtained in that the strength of the material is improved compared to the conventional method.

開始の他の手段は、高エネルギー放射線の照射である。The step of polymerizing the homogeneously dispersed monomers on the fibrous or spongy substrate can also be any convenient step. A typical such method is through the action of a water-soluble radical polymerization initiator, specifically, adding the radical polymerization initiator to an aqueous monomer solution and allowing it to decompose on the nonwoven substrate. Alternatively, the radical polymerization initiator can be applied as a solution separate from the monomer evenly by spraying onto a nonwoven fabric substrate, etc. after the monomer aqueous solution has been applied, and then decomposed on the fibrous substrate, etc., or the radical polymerization initiator can be mixed with the monomer. It is applied as a separate solution to a fibrous substrate, etc., and the aqueous Hemotsummer solution is applied thereto uniformly by spraying, coating, etc. It goes without saying that the "radical polymerization initiator" here includes so-called redox systems, and when the monomer and radical polymerization initiator are present separately in the above, only one of the redox systems is present in the monomer. Needless to say, there are ways to do so. Another means of initiating polymerization is irradiation with high energy radiation.

事が好ましい。The water-absorbing polymer composite thus obtained is usually dried by means such as hot air, microphone white waves, and infrared rays. If unreacted monomers, etc. remain in the composite, it is preferable to wash the composite with water or warm water prior to drying.
