【考案の詳細な説明】本考案は天井点検口等における枠体を天井板に
取り付ける天井板への枠体取付け装置に関するも

従来から天井板に天井点検口の外枠となる枠体
を取り付けるために、枠体を天井板に形成した矩

ンジ部を天井板の下面に接当させ、前記枠体上に
前記下端フランジ部との間で天井板を挟むための
ボルトを支持する支持金具を係合させ、この支持
金具に設けた前記ボルトを締め付けてボルトと前
記下端フランジ部との間で天井板を挟持し枠体を
天井板に支持させるものがある。この場合前記支
持金具は枠体に対する上方への動きを制限するた
めに枠体に対し単に下方より係合させる構成とな
つており、ボルトをゆるめた状態で支持金具から
手を離すと支持金具が枠体から外れるという問題

本考案は斯かる従来の問題に対処すべく為され
たもので、以下本考案を実施の一例を示す図面に
基づいて説明する。図において１は天井点検口を
形成すべく矩形の開口部２を持つ天井板、３はこ
の天井板１の開口部２周縁上面に接当して天井板
１に固定された型材で、天井板１はこの型材
３に吊り金具（図示せず）を介して上方の固定側
に吊り下げ支持されている。４は天井点検口の外
枠で、矩形に形成されており、その下端部は前記
開口部２の内面に対向するように開口部２に嵌入
し、上端部は開口部２から上方に突出するように
設けられる。この外枠４の下端には外側及び内側
に張り出すフランジ部５ａ，５ｂを一体に有し、
外側のフランジ部５ａは天井板１の開口部２周縁
下面に接当するようになつている。６は外枠４の
周方向適所に取り付けられる支持金具で、この支
持金具６は外枠４の上下方向中間部近傍内面に形
成した係合部７に下側から係合する係合片８を下
端に備えると共に、外枠４の上端内面に形成した
係合部９に上側から係合し上方からばね１０によ
り押されて下方に付勢された係合爪１１を備え、
前記係合片８を係合部７に係合させた状態で係合
爪１１を係合部９に係合させることにより外枠４
に対する支持金具６の取り付けが行なわれる。１
２は前記係合爪１１を上下動可能にするために係
合爪１１の両側から突出するピン１３を嵌入させ
るべく支持金具６の両側に形成された長孔であ
る。前述のように外枠４に取り付けられる支持金
具６の上端水平板部１４にはそのねじ孔１４ａに
前記外側のフランジ部５ａとの間で天井板１の開
口部２周縁部を挟む蝶ねじ１５が螺入して設けら
れており、この螺ねじ１５を締め込むことにより
前記型材３の上面に接当するように設けた押さ
え板１６を介して型材３及び天井板１を前記外
側フランジ部５ａとの間で挟持し、天井板１に対
し外枠４が取り付けられるようになつている。１
