、２１はフイードバツク流路、２３はフイードバ
ツク室、２５は圧力室、２６は流路、２６Ａは挿
通孔、２９は切換弁、３０は第２ドレンポートで
ある。

状態に切り換え、且つ、それまで連通状態にあつ
た前記圧力室及びドレンポート間を非連通状態に
切り換える切換手段を備えたことを特徴とする比
