PURPOSE:To enable a tyre to be repaired without being removed from a vehicle by interposing an air bag and a heat plate which can push-press and heat a filling material filled in the broken part of the tyre between the side surface of a L-letter shape metal sheet and the tyre placed on the upper surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:In the repair of a tyre 1, at first a filling material 2 composed of unvulcanised isobutylene-isoprene rubber and the like is filled in the broken part of the tyre 1. Next, an axle is jacked up and the tyre 1 is placed on the upper surface of a L letter shape metal sheet 3 so that the filling material 2 can be positioned on the lower side. At this time, a suitable gap l is secured between the wall sheet 4 of the L-letter shape metal sheet 3 and the tyre 1 and also an air bag 6 is arranged in this gap l through a heat plate 5.
