出するセンサの種類に応じて複数のインタフエイ
スが設けられたセンサインタフエイス部と、 この外部インタフエイス部から受けた指令信号
と前記センサインタフエイス部から受けた検出信
号をもとにダイレクト・ドライブ・モータをフイ
ードバツク制御し、制御信号はＰＷＭ信号で発生
する主制御部と、 この主制御部からのＰＷＭ信号に従つて電流増
幅を行い、増幅電流をモータのコイルに供給する
電力制御部、 を有し、前記外部インタフエイス部、センサイ
ンタフエイス部、主制御部及び電力制御部をモジ
ユール構成にしたことを特徴とするダイレクト・
